show. welcome to madison square garden where rehearsals for the grammys are under way. they are going on right behind us. the biggest stars in music are in new york city and we'll have that for you in a minute. first the story that we told you about yesterday, the photo shop fail in "vanity fair's" new issue. now we've discovered another alteration and this may be the biggest of them all and it was intentional. first you got reese and what may or may not have been a third leg. is that really actually fabric from her dress? "vanity fair" says it is. then we have oprah with three hands. today we've learned james franco was digitally removed from the cover after five women accused him of inappropriate behavior. well, they missed a few shots. here is the photographic proof. we see james was actually positioned between michael shannon and harrison ford.
