tube down the snow packed area here, they have got a fan behind me playing a lot of things coincidently and just a fun atmosphere here. people are celebration, ready to welcome visitors here, and they will have thousands and thousands office people descending on minneapolis. i'm not here by myself. i got pat gallen just down the way somewhere along the way here also experiencing super bowl live and we have got don bell in, st. paul, at the excel center where all of the festivities kick off tonight with the players and the coaches and media interviewing them pat we will get to you in a second but become like, a hot a hot night, this is where something always whacky almost always happen. >> you are right other than super bowl night want to pay attention to. it is what used to be media day which is now super bowl opening night and it is where all of the stars of the game will be milling about and media members from all over

the world will chant out crazy questions and we wil that for you at 11:00 because eagles don't speak until 10:00 eastern. so it is a late night for the bird. meanwhile, back near minneapolis at mall of america radio row so basically radio stations from all over the country really conducting their business, doing their radio shows live. i have had an oo5áwpportunity to talk to a whole bunch of guys but whaty mind is the 13-three bird. who deserves most credit for what they did would that be the head coach doug pederson or the general manager howie roseman. >> howie roseman has had one of the most incredible seasons of player acquisition has ever had, they have scored 53 points in this post season and every point has been scored by someone who howie roseman acquired this this off season. that has got to be historic. >> doug pederson.

system producing snow around cleveland, up toward buffalo and this will spring through during midday hours tomorrow. these two systems likely will stay separate and we are not talking about a major storm or major accumulations but light accumulations enough to slow things down on the road. here's what it looks like, we will see even later tonight mixture of rain and snow down the shore that moves out to sea but by tomorrow morning we will see snow moving into our far western suburbs lancaster county up toward berks county and lehigh valley and poconos. by 10:00 a.m. snow moves in the philadelphia air suburbs and pushes off the coast later on tomorrow evening. it is a believe period of snow but we will tell you how much snow and we will tell but two more chances to see flakes in your seven day forecast, but for new back to you. in other news deadly quadruple shooting is under investigation in reading berks county and, four men shot multiple times inside an apartment, and south third street last night authorities

identified, three of the victims as 23 year-old juan rodriguez, 20 year-old jarlen tejeda and sanity toes no arrests have been made but they do not believe the shooting was a random act. pennsylvania year-old emmanuel is facing charges in the deadly hit/run on the schuylkill expressway last night. police say i failed to stop after striking three two-year old michael house have blue bell. house, a tow truck driver was assisting a disable vehicle on the side of the road. the accident happened in the eastbound lanes near belmont avenue. a suspect has died after a police involved shooting in south philadelphia, man is accused of hitting a pedestrian with his car at broad and bigler this morning an off-duty detective confronted suspect after witnessing the incident. authorities say man then started attacking the detectives. >> we're in this struggle, several shots were fired the male was hit several times and later pronounced dead at

presbyterian hospital,. >> the detective and pedestrian were both treated for and police got ape and and not armed with the weapon during the confrontation. >> jesse hartnett takes the stand today at trial of his accused shooter officer hartnett was ambushed in his police cruiser at 60th and spruce in january of 2016, and was shot in the arm. suspect edward archer reportedly pledged allegiance to the islamic state. hartnett has under gone 11 surgeries, and he told the jury to day that his injuries have made it very hard to do, the simple tasks. still to come tonight on "eyewitness news" super bowl week continues with the very special surprise we will show you the amazing moments a local family learned they were going to the super bowl and unlikely person who made it possible. a nod to the quarterback who led bird to the super bowl

in part by vikings fan and it is all because of a story that happened on "eyewitness news". >> reporter: jessica we just watched a 13 year-old boy a diehard eagles fan get ticket to the super bowl and as you mention they had were gift by a vikings fan a vikings fan who won at a charity event but then saw a story we saw with that 13 year-old a few months ago and that vikings fan decided to give up his ticket for the big game. as philadelphia eagles head to the super bowl this 13 year-old from south jersey will be heading there as well. >> i'm just figuring out what the questions will be. >> reporter: at this moment when we sat up to with him he didn't know it. cole fitzgerald thought our team was the at his home to catch up and interview him about the eagles. >> pretty nice here. >> reporter: since he is a diehard fan who earlier this season refollowed, as he was given unprecedented access to the team. >> been a couple days report report that was just a look

it is short sleeve weather yes. >> how about that. >> but here, 45 we're lead nothing to some snow as we get into tomorrow. colder air is on its way in and witt the chance for snow and we have a couple more chances for snow in the seven day, lets get through and we have a lot to get to and we will look at storm scan three and we have steady rain, over portions of southern delaware, delaware beaches rehoboth down toward, georgetown delaware getting soaked right now, shore points of new jersey also getting to see some rain. back to the west it is still light but we are tracking another system. these two storms will stay separate from one another overnight we will see rain mixing with snow along the coast but the system will bring philadelphia our chance for snow is this one right here this arctic frontal boundary that moves in tomorrow. it may move in tomorrow, with moisture being thrown back on shore from this departing low setting up a trough of low pressure and snow will align itself as you will see in the moment when that system comes through. then another front will hit

thursday night into friday. overnight we are talking 32. mainly cloudy. stray rain snow shower but best chance to see snow in philadelphia is midday tomorrow between 10 and 3:00 p.m. there will be period of snow, steady at times but cut visibility on the roadways and then cleared out, 37 is overnight tonight rain/snow mix at shore points. by 10:00 o'clock tomorrow light snow will begin in philadelphia that will continue through the mid afternoon and then tuesday evening, snow will gradually clear coast leaving behind a collating or inch in philadelphia surrounding suburbs and south jersey one to 2 inches and higher elevations in the poconos lehigh valley and down into chester county. then we will head to the next system thursday night this will start out as rain and then change over to a brief period of snow friday morning not much in the way of accumulation. could slow down your morning commute, and then super bowl weekend another system to track this could bring light snow to minneapolis here on

welcome back to frosty st. paul minnesota now all around these twin cities we are seeing banners that feature tom brady on one end and nick foles on the other end. it is amazing. none of us saw this coming. of course nick foles was great against the minnesota vikings more than a week ago three touchdown passes, more than 300-yard passing he was phenomenal so today on radio row i walk around and asked some people i said listen, if i told you back in august nick foles was going to be the starting quarterback in the super bowl, you would have said what?
