joe manchin of west virginia and florida republican marco rubio. now to that classified memo members of the house intelligence committee voted to release. following the state of the union address, president trump was overheard telling a member of congress he was 100% favor of releasing the document. the white house got the four-page memo written by the republicans monday night. the president has five days whether to release it to the public. it alleges surveillance abuses by the fbi and department of justice on members of the trump campaign. democrats say it's nothing more than a method to distract from the investigation on russian meddling. >> this is not transparency. this is a misleading document where they're hiding materials. >> the more they know what's going on with our government particularly to make sure that
