deck, but not too low to the ground. you shouldn't have any kind of major travel issues here, stay for the fact that the temperatures still hover near the freezing mark in a couple of outlying suburbs, until the temperatures climb i worry about icing from last night, for yesterday's rain, even though the wind does pick up here with time, that should help start things off it, will feel awfully chill which windchill values stuck in the teens and 20's, at best. meisha? >> and katie, the party and the psychsment as i'm sure you can imagine rolls on. but because of that, you might have to factor in couple of extra minutes into your morning commute this morning. but i'm sure you'll have a big smile on your face, like so many people. so take a look at this, you have some downed polls, downed wires, downed light, because of the festivities that took place after the big win last night. and some roads still blocked. some starting to clear out of your way. some of the squad cars are with all of the flashing lights are starting to push out of the way. what's getting better, heads up, you will still have poor than what we typically see early in the morning, still

smashed this storefront window you can see, worker fixing it now or at least at first knocking down the glass, that noise going by, just the street sweeper. but we're not clear if anyone was injured for anyone was cents arrested with that, but i want to show you some video now of social media of a light polk toppled. people tide a rope to it and several people can be seen yanking it down. there is also some video from 17th and chestnut of multiple traffic lights down. now, there is also some more video that i would like to show you guys. this is of the sunoco down in south philly near catherine and broad streets. that is where this is located. this was apparently looted. now, there is cents no word on if there are any injuries or arrests cents. but it seems like we have been able to confirm that that store, in fact, was looted. now, back live out here,

traffic is flowing little bit now. but streets back up. this is the east side of city hall. this is absolutely market street, juniper street, see police still monitoring the situation, street sweepers, a lot more trash on the ground when we first came out here around 3:45 a.m. i was out here earlier. people were jam packed. something in particular i want to show you these cones, these orange cones, scott will show you here, that's where light polls were. and that's where fans were climbing up them all night after the super bowl win. and until they toppled and fell over. now, we were here when crews came maybe about a half hour ago, at this point, and they removed those light polls, but they still need to be replaced so definitely plenty of work that the city needs to do, and to make sure trafficker flows nicely ahead of this morning commute. that is the very latest live in center city, chantee lans, cbs-3, "eyewitness news," back to you. >> thank you, chantee, sad,

doing some shopping, take a look here, i'm at the modell's at 16th and chestnut, where again, i was cents with some early bird shoppers, a gentleman about to go in right now, and they have so much, i didn't see anything because i'm still debating what i should get. talking t-shirts, hats, sweatshirt, pennants, anything you can think of. and again, this modell's as well as is the other modell's in our area have opened up at 5:00 a.m. to accommodate all of these fans. take a look at this video from last night. this never gets old. this is chopper three video over the scene in center city. just oh, my goodness, tens every thousands of fans gathering, supporting one another, cheering together, for the most part, everyone was pretty civil. i mean, we saw chantee's report where some people did get out of hand. but for the most part fans were taking in the moment and celebrating with one another. did have those kim of folks climbing those polls which again police had advised against. bye you know what people were

take that as a challenge. but actually over in mayfair, take a look at this video. this at frankford and cottman, that intersection that just goes cents absolutely wild whenever we win win a major sporting event. >> this happened back in 2008 with the phillies, and again, last night. just really jovial family friendly atmosphere there. police really didn't report a lot of issues from that location, and we were able to talk to some life-long eagles fans, just about how much this win means to them. take a listen. >> my son is the underdog. we waited since 30 years to get. >> this today we got it. tom tom brady wasn't going get us again. they thought we were the underdog since wentz got hurt. eagles happened. >> you know what i am ' seeing on social media. pretty funny. the dog ate the goat, the goat being tom brady of course. we all love to hear. that will here at modell's they're telling me things really ramp up around and 7:00 ,

snow obviously fell still on the side of the road. but now you have got to concern yourself with the refreeze that can take place, and our temperature still hovering very close to the freezing mark in a lot of spot it is not even slightly below t that's where the eyewitness weather watchers do come n they've been reporting a very similar temperature profile across most of the region here let me zoom it out little bit here. let me take you specially nutter to the north, 33 from john jenkins, out in perkasie, mentioning the skies clearing out, but heavy layer of ice on the car. so you're going to need the extra couple every minutes if you have got a deadline, got to be somewhere to give them point, to that you out the windshield and probably scrape it off. have your ice scrapers ready, further to the north, way up to the poconos, quite a bit of snow actually fell yesterday. couple every inches, keith in saylorsburg, and he pretty much saw it all. 2 inches every snow, then had then ice, then turn over to rain, now it is all icing over so, quite slick back there. and we of course have to show little built of eagles pride

here, john reporting all clear at 31 degrees, but delaware has new jersey and of course pennsylvania love the eagles here this morning. and all the time. now, here is just a look for what you can expect for the rest of this morning. with the temperatures still so close to freezing, worry or at least assume it is a little slick out there. slow it down. looking at the wide zoom on storm scan there is next piece of energy will join one moisture from the gulf and become the next storm. over night tuesday into wednesday morning, icing yet again a concern. it will eventually turn over to rain meisha through the day but this could be an all day event. so again, i wonder how much weather will play a factor in how they determine when they'll have the parade this week. >> i bet a lot. i'm sure at the want as many people out there as possible for good reason, they want comfortable, athlete out there in the parade, everyone out, there weather will play a factor for sure. thank you so. also what will play a factor in today's very exciting early monday morning, is the fact that the party kind of
