firing up across the poconos, continue to move through the area, so there may even be modest accumulation before the morning is all said and done. that's not going it reach philly how much. we're at 28 degrees at the airport currently the winds flow has changed more southerly all in advance of this latest disturbance, which again, is a very minor one. but today is the day we start to see the temperatures rebounding at least briefly. so we eventually get you up into the mid 40's here, a smidge above plus average, 42 degrees for the ride home for the kids here, maybe even few breaks in the cloud cover for a little bit of sunshine. but coming up we do have new storm system that i mentioned tax gets in here for tomorrow. and bridges with it a huge mix bag. some of will you have quite a bit of shoveling to do. icing, a concern, and some drenching rain, all to go along with it. so we will talk about it little later in the broadcast, of course the all-important eagles parade forecast. >> thank you. very good morning to all of you, happy tuesday. we are looking outside. actually looking pretty good this morning, the one

difference that we're seeing this morning that we didn't yesterday of course the early risers hitting the roadway little earlier than what we saw yesterday for good reason, right? because that far you might want to factor that in headed out the door in the next half hour or so right when we dip into the 6:00. ninety-five south at allegheny avenue. picking up as you push in the southbound direction there. 422, also, starting to pick up , as you push in the eastbound direction, at route 29. see if the camera will fix us up now, mover right past t masses transit seeing wire problems, because of that, chestnut hill west, right now, suspended trenton out bound running about 20 minute delays just make sure to check the schedules on line. then of course we've got construction crews out there in jersey still. fifty-nine south between princeton pike and route 31, two left lanes block there. and then of course, all about the parade on thursday. starting at 11:00 a.m. so, just couple every things. so early estimate are saying that we could have attendance upwards of around 3 million people. because of that, i would just set your plans for septa. so there is no set plan for septa as of yet.

but take a look at this, they do know, no parking on the ben franklin parkway starting tomorrow tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. so this will start around the stadium it, will go up broad, over to the art museum, so we will have septa breakdown a little bit more as we get them but just heads up for parking, you will be towed away. so just make sure no parking around ben franklin parkway. more on this coming up in a little bit. rahel and jim back to you. >> thank you, all eyes on space x today prepares to launch of the worlds' most powerful rocket. >> chantee lans is joining us now from the cbs news center more on this historic launch. good morning, chantee. >> good morning, space x founder and chief designer elan musk told "eyewitness news" he's optimistic and almost even guilty with excitement. the space phanatics all over world are in florida to see the launch f successful this could become the worlds' most powerful rocket. >> this is falcon heavy. and in less than ten hours will take flight. biggest rocket in the world by far. like the first time something

>> yes, huge collective thank you to the eagles and coach pederson, more fans greeted the eagles as they arrived at the nova care complex and the team left with their family us >> planning to cheer on the eagles at thursday's parade you bet ever get there early. fans are expected to pack the route. the parade expected to begin at 11:00 thursday morning near the sports complex in south philly. we will then head all the way up broad street, then make a turn at city hall, and end at the art museum where we expect to hear from the team. you can also see the parade of champions live of course right here on cbs-3 on thursday. we will be there every step of the way as the team makes their way up broad street and to the art museum. "eyewitness news" and the eagles don't miss it. and people are coming from near and far to witness the historic parade and hotels filling up quickly, by some estimates, up to 3 billion people could be attending the parade. can you imagine on broad street? many hotels along the route fully book through wednesday evening, some extended their vacations, the minute the birds became super bowl champs

dupe the super bowl half time show, one fan had an unforgettable moment. thirteen year old smashed a selfie with jt and it went viral. he said he is a huge just justin timberlake fan, turns out he's a patriots fan, but his epic selfie definitely made up for the loss. nice to hear that he is a jt fans because i was cents seeing on facebook, social media, you know, he's three probably doesn't even know who justin timberlake is. good to know he does, and i think he was shellshocked. like he did not see that coming. he's like uh, you want to take a selfie with me, oh, okay, and fumbling with his phone. poor kid. he was just like what's happening right now? >> and instant stardom, i'm sure we'll see him on television weeks to come from now. >> and give the kid a break. >> for the first time we finally draw the long straw, waking up at the god awful hour that we do but definitely see typical morning commuters pretty nasty stuff, yes. so start it off with a quick peak outside. there are even few snow showers flying up in the poconos, i don't believe there are any falling here, it is so dark, but at least street lamp outside pleasant valley and middle high school f anything is out there in the form of flurries, very, very light, tough to detect at this hour, but his is not the same system that will impact us tomorrow. just quick disturbance moving through. outside it is coal. only at 21 degrees. we take a look at the eyewitness weather watchers, chill absolutely in place for these guys as well. and there are ' up and reporting dark and early for us, we go on out to new jersey only 22 degrees at mark's house, where there are still some clouds overhead. we go into pennsylvania, take you into some of the outer lying suburbs, 22 degrees, also, comes in from eileen this morning, she actually has pretty clear sky in gilbertsville. she did mention there is a a frost cents developing out there, too, and in her opinion

it is the best day of the next few. by thursday, for eagles parade day, we are going to see the sun return, it will be very, very cold by then. let's take a look off into delaware, down into kent county we go, 27, jason's neighborhood, in middletown. again also just some clouds overhead for him. so here is that disturbance we talked b for the most part bypassing us to the northwest, again, poconos getting in on little hint of activity, some moisture starting to bubble up down across the lower mississippi valley, main energy, pulling out of the rockies, though he is two feasts coming it. and they have a happy marriage , form beautiful storm system. however, that's going to have big impact on us come tomorrow this same time, is about when it is all starting to move on in. so it is an all day event. starting with a mixing of some snow, and some sleet, and some freezing rain in philly and the immediate vicinity, and it will eventually turn over to plane rain. but that snow and sleet and freezing rain comes at the onset as this same time tomorrow. now, the heavier snow is going
