tackling trash outside art museum earlier this morning. crews have been working around the clock to get everything back to normal. parade spanned several miles from south philadelphia to the art museum. >> we had 240, like we put everybody, all hands are on deck. we will go back over it again, you know, making this our main goal, and then we will get back over it again probably for several days, to come. >> reporter: all hands are on deck. officials say this clean up is bigger then the clean up from the papal visit of 2015. well, lots of people are still talking bit eagles center jason kelce's epic speech at the victory parade. >> number 62 took aim at team 's critics to deliver one of the most memorable moments of the day. >> everybody wanted it more. that is why we're up here today and that is why we are first team in eagles history to hold that freakin trophy.

look at when the rain will arrive, hello there, chelsea. >> hello there, jim. sun still high in the sky we have the cloud today. we have a live neighborhood network camera and you can see cloud as cross the city and river palmyra cove nature park in new jersey you can see sky line off in the distance. the clouds have come in and they came in fairly quickly throughout the morning hours. storm scan three shows those clouds looking up to our north and west, up into the poconos where we're dealing with some light snow, that is being reported there, falling right now, it is 34 degrees, currently in philadelphia. thirty-four in wilmington. thirty-seven in millville. down the shore we have made to it 40 degrees in wildwood. i think with this south wind that has now kicked in we should make to it 39 degrees later this afternoon still seasonably cool, slightly warmer then yesterday but yeah we're not nearly as sunny as what we got to enjoy yesterday so here's what we will talk about coming up, milder temperatures are on the way but that is going to come at a cost because we're tracking some rain, we will let you

>> jim and jan i'm track something rain, it is looking cloudy saturday, late day showers developing. rain picks up overnight, and looking at a rain filled sunday on tap, and it will be a soggy one and a couple inches of rain, but at lee temperatures are mild in the 50's. that is trade off. we will talk more about the rain in the full forecast in a bit.

dealing with the cloud, because of that disturbance that is causing snow up in the poconos as we look at our plymouth meeting camera high atop place one apartments there overcast skies there so expecting plenty of clouds around through the rest of the day as temperature rise in the upper 30's out there. let me show you now a look at storm scan three what we have going on you can see we're dry here in philadelphia only place where we are getting precipitation is off to the north and west, maybe a couple flurries up into allentown but we are quiet here at home. 34 degrees in philadelphia, 34 in wilmington. thirty-two lancaster. thirty-one in reading. we are at 36 in millville. down the shore we are in the low to mid 30's. low and mid to up are 30's i should say, right around 38 degrees currently in wildwood. 36 degrees in atlantic city. and, as we zoom in just a little bit more i can show you those wins have shifted a little bit more out of the south, that should allow our temperatures to continue to rise into the upper 30's.

some spots may be even hitting 40 later this afternoon and we have been waiting for that wind shift, yesterday we had winds north and west, gusting to 20 miles an hour at times, that made it feel very uncomfortable but that is certainly changed for sure. so throughout the day and rest of the afternoon we are looking at 37. by 6:00 p.m. 36 degrees by 9:00, mainly cloudy, quiet, that pushes off shore and then by week even things change we will have late day showers working their way in late saturday and by sunday monitoring a couple areas of low pressure providing us with quite a bit of rain. showers developing late on saturday, periods have rain as we head in the overnight hours saturday night. things ramp up, sunday rain, heavy at times and could be heavy enough to cause localized flooding. so far this month we have seen just under 2 inches have rain for month of february. we could add another inch or two of rain on top of those numbers, here's what the latest models are printing out anywhere from an inch and a

half to two and a half inches of rain is a possibility as we head into your sunday all the way through sunday night. so you're witness weather seven day forecast that looks like this but we are looking at 53 degrees heading in to saturday. that is trade off even though we are dealing with the rain heading our way, mild air is really going to be kick nothing this weekend. 57 degrees as we head into sunday and there could be some spots i wouldn't be surprised south ande into south jersey places like that, that could maybe hit around 60 degrees, very possible and 48 degrees on monday, we will get some clearing another shower chance on tuesday with a high around 44 degrees and then on wednesday we are looking at 49 y skies for valentines day but yesterday again we are dealing with another shower chance as we head into thursday, with a high temperature right around 51 but overall today, doesn't feel as brutal as what we dealt with yesterday and that is because wins haven't been gusting to 20 miles an hour out of the cold northwest
