an issue. i'm ukee washington. >> i'm nicole brewer. jessica dean has the night of off. question is, will the entire weekend be a washout. >> kate is watching track of rain and arrival and departur departure. >> the entire weekend is not a washout. the vast majority of it will be as a strong system arrives by midday tomorrow and the rain will continue through much of the day sunday. here's a look at what is happening now. snow to the north over upstate new york and otherwise our region is relatively quiet. clouds, warmer air flooding in from the south and west and as that warm air arrives so does moisture moving in from the gulf of mexico. you can see rain across portions of mid south right now over memphis back to arkansas and northern piece of this energy as well bringing heavy snow to portions of nebraska and iowa this is all heading into the weekend and coless enter to one larger system. it will be warm enough to only talk about rain. but a lot of it. temperatures right now again not dropping all that quickly.
