where the parade will begin in just a few hours, trang, good morning. >> report good morning, rahel and jim. just in time to take some valentine day photo operation with your sweety, again, the parade will start here at 10:00 a.m., at the joan of arc statue here on the side of the art museum. we'll make several stops before returning home to love park. but let's take a look at some video. in icon being love statue removed from its name sake love parka year ago to be stripped, repaired, re painted thanks to generous donor. the statue will look a little different than you may remember. it was painted red, green and blue. but it is now red, green and purple as artist robert indianna originally painted it when the piece was first displayed in philadelphia back in 1976. it will also be on new rectangular base like counterpart, armor, that was the statue at 18th and the parkway. >> love is basically going on a flatbed truck literally parading through the city, stopping for photo ops,

alongside seven different public art sculptures, so people can take photos, use the hashtag love on move. they can sort of get up close and personal to the love sculpture as it goes back to the city. >> you turn the map the route will take this morning starting out at 25th and pennsylvania at 10:00 a.m. making five other shortstops before ending up at home at love park at around 11:15. and you know we all like to take selfies. just reminder, as she mentioned, they're use being hashtag love on the move. so if you happen to catch the love statue on the parade route this morning, then definitely tag it on social media with that hashtag so you can share with the city arts and culture office. but for now live in fairmount, trang do, cbs-3 "eyewitness news." >> very good excuse to take a selfie, trang, thank you. in other news this morning, philadelphia police searching for three men who kidnapped a man, held him hostage, and set him on fire. early yesterday people on the 5400 block of wesford road heard the hostage scream from his burning car.

police say the 34 year old man was leaving work near ben err street and harbison avenue when the men abducted him at gunpoint and drove him around for hours. investigators also say they demanded a $10,000 ransom. >> it is pretty horrible. i can tell you it is a horrific crime t seems very personal. all three we're hearing were armed with guns, used fire as a weapon. it seems pretty personal to me >> the victim is in critical condition with burns over half of his body. mr. advice not yet determined a motive. >> well, happening today, sentencing for the man convicted in bombings in manhattan in ocean county new jersey, 30 year old ahmad convicted last october of planting two pressure cooker bombs on new york city streets including one blast that was caught on camera. thirty people were injured this that blast, another bomb in manhattan did not detonate. he's also claimed to have set bombs at charity race in seaside heights and another the train station in elizabeth

a pennsylvania couple is behind bars accused in a string he burglaries at the jersey shore. investigators say gregory julie anno and chris kristen apple miller, it wasn't until they attempt tommed burglarize a third home on eat lotus avenue wildwood crest neighbors noticed something unusual and called 91. >> they were noticing the backyard, acting suspicious, and they were just not supposed to be there. they weren't supposed to be there. it wasn't their property. >> officers say they were able to link the couple to the other two burglaries on the block because after trail of heroin and methamphetamine found at the property. the couple also has active warrant in pennsylvania for multiple burglaries and in hatfield. >> and the flu is suspected of taking another life this one hits close to home. health officials say young child from new jersey has now died. the five year old child from north bergen not yet identified died yesterday. so far this season more than 60 children have died from the virus. the dcc says it is one of the worse on record with the rate of flu hospitalizations approaching the highest amount ever recorded.

photos of your dogs, okay? >> they're coming. >> get to work on that while i look at the forecast. take a look at storm scan3, totally empty, nice clear sky overhead, along with the fact we had frontal passage yesterday, temperatures has really dropped off. so as you walk out the door this same time yesterday, you recall, it was so mild outside not today. you do need the winter parka, winter coat, and have all of your other accessories, too, hat, scarfs, gloves, not bad idea. very chilly outside. but with high pressure it mean we have sunshine, breitbart, beautiful looking day ahead here, then eventually some rainfall does return, still in the dead of winter though. we don't have flake of a snow in this forecast. so this is a good thing if you're not a fan of shovel. we do still have some wet weather to track with warmfront lifting in, wednesday night into thursday, and then by friday there is a cold front passage yet again. so the rain does return come wednesday night. but the rainfall thankfully this time around even though this is multi day event is looking scattered in nature, shouldn't be anywhere near as drenching, so probably talking over couple of days span of
