latest developments, natasha. >> reporter: good evening to you both. we now know name of the florida school shooter, involved, florida officials have identified him as nicholas cruz, he was taken into custody off campus without incident. now his arrest was captured by news helicopters as police head him in a police cruiser shortly after the deadly shooting at marjory stoneman douglas high school in parkland, florida. distraught students could be seen exiting the school with their hands up after they reported hearing numerous gunshots. at about 2:30 toward the end of the day. broward county superintendent reports a number of fatalities at this point and at least 14 injured and taken to local hospitals. suspect hoist said to be 19 years oldies a former student at the school, and still no idea as to what led to the day of violence. >> there will be a thorough investigation, typically you will see in these situations that there potentially could have been signs there, we

tonight, survivors of the church massacre in liberia are seeking justice in our area new lawsuit is accusing a delaware county man of war crimes, "eyewitness news" reporter joe holden tracked down the man accused of directing the atrocities. >> reporter: neighbors say moses thomas, man men to help out at this liberian restaurant, is a good guy. >> he was a nice man. >> reporter: thomas, at 64 came to the u.s. almost 20 years ago, they could in the find him at southwest philadelphia restaurant we have learned owned by his girl friend, accord together federal lawsuit filed this week thomas has a terribly disturbing past, it is claim he was a colonel with liberian special forces, tactical june that it massacred 600 men, women and children in 1990. the bloody attack unfolded behind the walls of the lutheran church in monroevi. >> twenty-eight years have passed since the church massacre and in one has been held accountable.

>> reporter: thinks lead counsel for center for justice and accountability, she spoke to us from san francisco, about their lawsuit aiming to tie thomas to war crimes and while the suit points out thomas may not have murdered they claim that he gave the order. >> through this lawsuit we are hoping to actually establish the record of the attack and identify who indeed perpretrated this attack. >> reporter: wednesday afternoon we track down thomas 's address in sharon hill. >> i'm looking for mostes. >> reporter: man he says wasn't thomas refused to open the door but promised to pass our message along. hours later thomas eventually left this voice mail. >> i just want to let you know , i'm sorry, i cannot talk to you, i just wanted to say talk to my lawyer. >> reporter: in a follow-up phone call at alleged ex- colonel refused to answer our questions but denight having any involvement in the massacre. >> thomas has been denying the allegations made against him and that is why a lawsuit like this is very important. >> reporter: thomas is now third man living in delaware

southeasterly win feeling more like april or may but don't get used to this because as we head in the weekend i want to show you two different possible solutions for a system we are watching saturday night. this is european model. look at what this system does. come in saturday night center of the storm to the south. enough cold air pushing in this changes to a brief dump of accumulating snow, saturday night into sunday morning. take a look at latest gfs. this has, this cyst em suppressed further south, mainly rain, clips south jersey and delaware and out to sea a lot up in the air. what we know timing is saturday night, we know it will be cold enough for snow if the system gets far enough north. we don't know exact storm track, does it stay to the south or further are north? if it is warm enough we could see mixing which will hold down amounts. we have to plan for possibility of accumulating snow across vast majority of the area saturday night, wake up sunday morning to fresh snow on the ground and then look we are back in the 60's
