two days, but it feels warm out there, you mention that fog, it is still out here, no where near as well as the grounds in the city as it has been earlier this morning. i can now make out what's going on down 16th street, behind me here on the skydeck, do still have minor problems, quickly show you the current, yes, we've got heck of a lot bet nerve most cases up 10 miles in most spots right now south philly, but you don't looking at allentown still under half mile. even since the i last checked out on the skydeck gotten bet nerve reading but minor issue with that, now as skies continue to clear, we are eventually going to see more and more sun. you're already seeing that the live networked, in rehoboth, separate shot granted the really bat fog we had earlier this morning has now lifted but it is still little cloudy, at whitfield elementary next-door in reading, kids are out for recess understandably

atmosphere, but as we continue to get the heating of the day that is going to breakdown, and i would imagine as we head later into this afternoon as the sun breaks out, those temperatures soar up to the 70s, and this dog park is going to be jamming and busy, so, i think maybe me and chi chi will try to head out little later when the sun pops out. little more conducive to how she likes the temperatures to be, big fan of the 70s, but we'll get little pupchino to warm her up. >> very good, lauren, warm tuesday afternoon, thank you, lauren. >> in other news, one person remains in the hospital this afternoon following a septa bus accident in the city track frankford and orthodox, 15 passengers taken to einstein medical sent ever. , none of the injuries considered serious. the truck driver taken to aria-torresdale with non-life threatening injuries.

>> cleaning up liquid asphalt, spilled from truck as it traveled along i295 in south jersey, stickying situation unfolded along 295 southbound between exit 18 paulsboro and exit one, for the delaware memorial bridge. "eyewitness news" reporter cleve bryan is live along 295 in carney's point where some drivers reported getting stuck in the big mess. good afternoon, cleve. >> reporter: good afternoon, jim, yes, we got off exit two here, some of the cars with damaged tires got off here and saferly said some drove over to the nearby woodstown barracks to report the substance on the road. now, we didn't go to see any of the tires first-hand, because it did happen quite a little while ago at 5:00 a.m. this morning, to 7:00 a.m. this morning, people reporting these tires. but we got close look at what was on the road. >> take a look at this video that we saw. >> this was crews scraping up that thick tar-like substance off the road at billings port road in marlboro near where the tar truck started spilling the black goo.

>> according to the tri-state transportation, they say one of their trucks around 5:00 a.m. caring liquid asphalt from a refinery in paulsboro, did a pole overdue to condensation in the standing. they don't know exactly how much spilled out. but we could see from ourselves as we were driving south of paulsboro to exit two there was stuff all over the roadways, and it seemed to continue ongoing toward the delaware memorial bridge. jersey state police say about 20 cars or so reported damages but they didn't have any accidents associated with the spill, and no injuries. their investigation is still continuing, as we heard from tri-state their driver didn't realize that this tar or liquid as is fault was cents coming out of the truck and continued all the way down onto baltimore. they say they weren't aware of any other incidents at the time. but as we were driving down, we saw this 295, now open headed southbound where the spill happened. and as we were leaving paulsboro around 11:00 a.m. this morning, it appeared they were going to reopen the roadways there. that's the latest from the

strung out system. we had the warmfront lift in yesterday. that brought in the showers. then we had the fog. and the drizzle even early this morning from us sitting in this warm sector of the storm. so until this front crosses through that's where we will sit, right through tomorrow afternoon. that means fog is probably a recurring theme for us headed into tomorrow morning. so we take you into future visibility at 10:00 p.m., that's when we already are starting to see the visibilities drop off. it shouldn't be as a wide widespread or b as poor as is visibility issue for you tomorrow morning, but places like allentown as we wake up dark and early here on " eyewitness news," you could be already be down to near zero visibility in a place like allentown let alone under mile along i-95. so this will be an occurring issue for us tomorrow. and i won't be shocked if the weather service ends up putting out an advisory because of it, but should break up little sooner than it did this morning. in the meantime, our rain chances cents do begin to go up in the next few days. because we do have cold front coming through. that comes through wednesday

night into thursday. then we have separate batch of rain on friday. and then another batch of moisture heading into saturday snow is a very active pattern. we jump you again, in the future, to what's going on by 6:00 p.m. tomorrow evening, that's when the combination at least of the cold front start to get in here. strictly rain showers should be scattered, temperatures begin to drop off. could you see showers at any point during the day. this is 3:00 p.m. thursday, still some wet weather to track. then things do begin to clear out. again, there is cents another system, already moving in, by friday, so you're not going to catch much of a break even between systems. here is where we currently stand. we show that to you little earlier in the show. look how warm it is in charleston. even in little rock, 74, can you tell where this cold front is situated? i would say pretty obvious, looking even just from st. louis to omaha. what? you're talking about a 50 degrees difference here,
