suspects in a shooting that killed a woman in the fernrock section of the city. >> this surveillance video was taken on old york road on wednesday night. the victim, 23 year old tie osha timmons, was driving when she she was shot. she lost control and shot into a building. investigators do not believe the shooting was road rage. they think the victim simply may have been in the wrong place at the wrong time. right now they are looking for two men wearing gray hoodies who fled the scene. a chester county father is being held without bail this morning, in connection with a death of his five month old daughter. prosecutors say 18 year old zion shock i took his anger out over a video game on the baby. shockly admitted to shaking and dropping the child inside a coatesville home two weeks ago, investigators also say the infant showed signs of long-term abuse. shockly is charged with first degree murder. police in upper darby investigating two church burglaries, authorities say someone stole money from the church poor boxes at saint laurence catholic church on west chester pike wednesday
