>> good morning. >> great for the wet weather. >> i know, well, funny even on a friday, i feel like everyone is in such a good moon, even rain, well, it is still friday so looking outside right now, actually kind of been a little bus which accident, no rhyme or reason why. kind of in different areas. that and construction, so all of that coming up. >> lot of construction still out there, despite wet weather coming through mainly the southern tear of our area though that you are finding the wet weather out there. but this is really going to be a case for anyone ends up with rain at some point today. does look likely the southern tear of our area sees the bull ing this morning and the northern tier sees the bulk later this afternoon with just rounds moving through and the way it is projected to cross our area. right now strictly rain showers, now, if you do go far enough north, it is cold enough when the next round comes in it, could in fact be icing, but let's look at the current temperatures, oh, ya. colder by comparison. we were about give or take 15 to 20 degrees warmer than this , this same time yesterday from philly on southeast.

5:30, we will learn more about the victim from his family. examining new surveillance video in hopes of tracking down two killer. >> seen leavinglaimed the life after young woman. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo live atorni, with more on that surveillance video. good morning, jel, good morning, we will take a look earthe surveillance video in old victim's family is in mourning today calling her shooting death senseless. meantime, police are also saying she was just an innocent bystander, likely, in the wrong place, at the wrong time. and this morning, homicide detectives are still trying to track down her killer. take a look at this. this is video, "eyewitness news" obtained, in fernrock near the intersection every broad and grange. it shows part of what happened wednesday night. we're told behind the wheel of that van was a 23 year old woman, who was just going to get gas. when at least two men opened fire as is she drove up broad street. the victim's family has identified the 23 year old, as

tisha timmons, was shot in the head. the van car reached out of control and crashed into building on old york road. five other people including young young children were in the van and injured. yesterday, police returned to the scene searching for video at nearby businesses cents. some of which were hit by bullets, too. investigators have now ruled out road rage and a targeted shooting. meantime the victim's family want answers cents and is asking this to the suspect. >> she is a good girl. she doesn't do nothing for real, don't drink, don't smoke , just goes cents to work , go home, take care of her neice. she don't do nothing wrong. i hope they turn themselves in they don't realize there were three children in that car, as well, and you fired indiscriminately. anyone could have got hurt in the car. and my neice lost her life in this situation. >> unfortunately, police don't have a great description of the suspect, only saying they're now looking for two men, anyone with information

so, fingers crossed, but not great prognosis at the moment. let's back it up though, talk about the day here. winter weather advisory is in fact posted, and not just extended 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. had it in effect, and now back in effect today, for the poconos, where we have another round of precipitation coming through. and even though it is mainly rain everywhere, go far enough north, of course it will be colder, and that means there could be some freezing rain, leading to an icing or slick spot on the road up that way. so if you have got maybe ski weekend that you have planned, keep in mind, later today there could easily be slick travel due to ice as opposed to just rain, right now it is just rain, rolling through right along the maryland state border here, although we'll see round of this, this isn't once and done. couple of additional showers around, showers will be moving through, at some point today, so it will be bee hoof you, have it ready and handy and it is chillier, too, it is late february, this is exactly where we should be. coming off of the days that we
