morning. here we are. >> here we go. hop i monday, yes, visibility issues with the fog, overall though just looking at some construction, so real easy morning so far. >> ash you're right, the fog is something we have to keep our eye out for, seen aunt mile visibility in lot of spots. >> when it comes to the advisory, just looking at storm scan, isn't it nice to see it not have rain on it for a change? not necessarily a clear sky yet. but this is the transition to get to that point. so while you are going to still find some clouds out there, still mild morning, running you have above average , and finally get in on some sunshine, past the fog, talk about the fog, it is pretty thick, i've seen hands full of very dense fog in some of the field cameras, live neighborhood network, so just expect that that could be a problem traveling dollars the garden state parkway, a.c. expressway, any of the areas here shaded in the gray but

even outside of the advisory zone i've seen some poor visibility, being reported up in allentown, for example, so just watch for this to be an issue, 44 is the current temperature at the airport, not bad, at 47 in millville. forty-seven in dover. the clouds really hook you up. even though it is kind of dreary start to the day, they do act as a trapping any heat you built in from yesterday. so while very dreary second half of our weekends, technically it was above average by few degrees, holding tight to the values here into the morning, pair of four's is the number from fill toy palmyra back again intodelcn mullica hill, what goes on with clouds these finally start to thin out. ends up with the sun breaking through, then what's here, here for couple of days, won't that be nice? however, we are still mild, even beyond the point of the beginning of the next few months. so, with the mild air, eventually, meisha, some rain returns, i'll let you know when a little later on. >> thank you, katie, so much for. that will very good morning to all of you. looking at 42, 42 freeway at

investigating shooting in norristown montgomery county happened around 1230 at west oak street and chain street. "eyewitness news" cameras were there as officers arrived at the scene. at last check no word on what sparked the gunfire. police on scene tell us they'll have more information later today but if you know anything about the shooting please contact police. >> philadelphia police are looking for who ever shot man in overbrook. a 21 year old man shot three times on the 5400 block every euclid street before 5:30 last night, he's in critical condition. no word yet on a motive for that shooting. >> president trump will discuss the florida school shooting when he meets with america's governors today. >> meanwhile, congress returns to work under pressure to pass tougher gun laws, "eyewitness news" reporter trang do live in the cbs-3 news center more on the push after park land. good morning, trang. >> good morning, jim, rahel. debate on gun control is heating up on capitol hill as the nra now pushing back against some modest changes the president suggested last week. this all while high school student in park land florida return to their campus over the weekends, in an effort to

ease the transition back to class in just a few days. almost two weeks since the shooting that took 17 lives, 17 people dressed as angels, to buy makeshift memorial for student returning to stillman douglas high school for the first time since the tragedy, students allowed back to campus, to pick up back passion and other belongings left behind. >> coming back here it is hard i lost some of my friends. >> three-story building where the shooting happened is scored dollars off. the rest of the school will reopen for classes cents wednesday. some parent say they'll struggle with that drop off. >> how was it to pick them up that day? the longest eight hours every my life. and i'm not ready to let him go yet. >> debate over gun control is likely to rev up this week. sunday morning nra spokeswoman pushed back against some suggestions cents president trump made last week. like raising the age lift to buy certain weapons. >> the nra made their position

also treated at the hospital of the. >> well, two people are dead after police say a driver drove the wrong way on route 202 and caused fatal crash in chester county. this happened just after 8:00 yesterday morning near mill lane in east whiteland township. police say 62 year old melvin was driving his vehicle north in the southbound lanes. officials say he crashed head- on with another vehicle. he was trapped and pronounced dead at the scene. the other driver, 32 year old monique every coatesville, eject from the her vehicle was also pronounced dead at the scene. >> meanwhile, people are waking up to massive devestation in the central us. the deadly storm ripped through several states, five people dead after the storm heavy rain and destructive tornados. here is hena doba. >> oh, my gosh. >> at least dozen tornados were reported over the weekends. from arkansas to kentucky leaving path of destruction behind. the national weather service

has confirmed there was ef2 tornado with maximum winds of 135 miles per hour. that killed 79 year old jane combs. inside her home near bowling green. >> that's not helping. he was the one that found her. >> combs daughter says her father, john, lost his home and the love of his life. >> it took the roof off. sucked him back to the base. he immediately went up the steps and he started calling for her. and he moved a big thing every bricks and he knew the minute he saw her that she was gone. >> heavy rain has caused severe flooring in much of the state. kentucky governor declared a state-wide emergency. >> the historical situation in our community, we can't stress enough that this is still a dangerous situation. >> further north in louisville the ohio river at it highest level in about 20 years. and continues to swell. the governor is of ohio and indianna have issued disaster declarations cents, ahead of

>> bizarre incident unfolded at newark liberty international airport, more than five hours delayed after passenger used an emergency exit to leave the plane on the tarmac. this happened on flight 1640 headed to tampa. we're told the man deployed the emergency slide. promptly arrested by port authority police. the flight arrived just before 3:00 a.m. in tampa. >> and more news, out of newark, a united airlines flight that originated out of there popped a tire during take off. landed at portland international airport in oregon. first responders waiting when the flight touched down. united states there were no report of any injuries. >> police is that state college say someone may have intentionally damaged the famed nittany lions statue. look at this. you can see the ears missing from the statue. which is located right in the heart of campus, investigate zero investigation err aren't

a totally widespread issue, very patchy but mostly confined to the southern counties. now, with time, eventually see rain return to the he, this is basically bypassing us to the south. do still have enough moisture and light enough winds, to allow for. >> this so yes, your visibilities aren't great. but they're not terrible either. you know, or not ideal either. up to 7 miles now at allentown , down to zero, just in the last half hour, so it is quickly changing here. but down to mile at the a.c. airport, then under half mile in dover. you get the idea. just watch for the possibility it could be changing on you. and in a split second where a little patch of fog spells in along the highway trying to travel. more currently mid 40's, light winds is the culprit for the fog to form in the first place but it is cents somewhat of a haphazard wind flow out of the northwest in some spot, southwest in other, but, the bottom line here is the pattern changing, toward more
