district officials say school police spotted this 40 caliber gun in a 15 year old freshman back pack when he went through a scanner. gun was loaded with 12 rounds. some student tell "eyewitness news," that several people had beaten him up recently but didn't know why. >> philadelphia police are also investigating the discovery of two bodies including a off duty philadelphia police officer, inside port richmond home. "eyewitness news" was on the scene 2900 block of mercer street. the female officer and a man found dead inside after home there. no words on the identity of the individuals, or cause every death. >> and police hope you can help them find two center city jewel thieves caught on camera surveillance, from sunday morning, shows one suspect throwing a large rock through a window. south 13 street. they say the suspect got away with about $5,000 worth every jewelry. if you recognize them, police want to hear from you. >> and police have released images of the vandals they say damage the famous nittany lions statue in the penn state main cam pulls. we showed you the statue
