andreas lubitz received psychiatric treatment for a serious episode six years ago. authorities are searching for clues as to why he would crash the airbus he was charged with flying. all 150 on board died when the plane hit the french alps on tuesday. this has stunned many in europe, including his hometown. reporter: this computer belonged to andreas lubitz part of the personal effects seized by police after they searched his home. in western germany, his actions came as a shock to those who knew him, like the members of this flight club. >> he was great. he was just another boy like so

capabilities. reporter: french authorities say he caused the crash deliberately. german media said he may have been depressed following a difficult breakup. anchor: the search continues for the second black box in the mountainous area where the plane crashed. recovery efforts are very difficult. they are using the first black locks. that was found shortly after the crash. we have more. reporter: we can hear the captain asking the copilot to take the controls. and the sound of a door closing. one might the dues that he went out to go to the bathroom. at this moment the copilot is

families, members of the families laid flowers. there is a stone in memory of the victims. most of the families have left. some might still be in the area. not all of them use the official convoy. anchor: as the family members do leave, investigators and recovery teams are still combing the area. any more information you can give us? reporter: the search has resumed early this morning. helicopters are hovering above the area, flying to the site of the crash. the first priority is to recover the remains of a bodies. the second priority is to find the second black box with crucial data about the flight.

deployed to the yemeni border. the leader called the airstrikes an unjust invasion, one that has been bought by american israeli, and saudi cash. the u.s. has said they back the intervention. the strikes that the americans in a delicate position. a country has been supporting the rebels iran. anchor: the united kingdom is repairing to head to the polls in just under six weeks time. david cameron and ed miliband appeared on national television. there was not a head to head debate. they did face-off in terms of appearing on national television. it was not a comfortable encounter for both politicians.
