a low pressure system brought heavy rain fog and strong winds through russia's peninsula, which is located on the far eastern side of the country. the cold weather dropped temperatures down to around 10 degrees celsius. officials say despite the change in season this is actually considered normal weather for the region around this time of year. however, because of the past summers, residents are making adjustments to the colder weather by wearing winter coats. it's fine across the north. it's sultry hot across the south of china because of the heat and also warm air from the south, this system is activated. and also heavy rain will likely continue for the next couple of days. there were systems happening where the worst flood in 17 years, we'll see 150 millimeters. temperatures are in the 30s in hong kong as well as taipei in e north and tokyo with cloudy conditions on tuesday and rain
