the president will unveil his job creation plan this week. georgina robertson reports. jobless figures have been on the rise for a decade. over 3.5 million people are without a job. that's a rate of 10.6%. in a letter published by one of france's leading newspapers, -- called for a number of change. among their proposals, giving businesses and exemption from paying social contribution on new powers for their first two years. it's a solution which works wherever people are learning. this is 5% unemployment in germany and austria. the apprenticeship system -- >> other measures, the creation of flexible work contracts with limits for redundancy payments based on experience and the company's situation.
