and first of all, he said his new economic measure -- he used the key word investment for the future. and specifically he said he will create new scholarships for young people and will also improve infrastructure to attract more foreign tourists. he also said that he will accelerate the construction of the shinkansen bullet train n system across the nation. other investments he mentioned will be for disaster prevention and social welfare. in the conference, abe was asked about his stance on the constitutional amendment, and he said it should be debated in the diet committees thoroughly and that it needs to be deepened. >> well, we have been seeing he talked about other issues as well. we mentioned the constitutional amendment. you just talked about that. we should say of course the ldp, komeito and lawmakers who favor
