cooperation is going forward. >> reupert, how much would you say is german government is worried about this deal collapsing? >> well, german officials here say, yes, this deal is one of f the key stones of our refugee policies, but yes, this deal is also of quite some importance for turkey. they are not getting tired to point out that turkey would get more or less than three billion euros from the e.u. if this deal is fulfilled. right now this money is not being handed over directly to the turkish government. but to humanitarian aid organizations and as far as we have understood, the turkish government wants -- german officials also point out that this isn't the first time that turkey tried play this card in the game. they are saying, just because
