to attend a cabinet meeting being chaired by mugugabe. mugabe w was dismisseded as lear of his zanu-pf party on saturday but even that couldn't convince him to step down. viceas his fired president, emmerson mnangagwa, says he has been invited back to zimbabwe by mugabe but that he won't do so until his safety is assured. our correspondent is outside the zimbabwean parliament as it moves to impeach mugabe. >> members of parliament in thisbwe will meet afternoon to start impeachment proceedings against president robert mugabe. the charges against him allowing his wife to assume powers she is not entitled to. the impeachment process is not a simple one. first it there needs to be a motion of confidence in parliament. will be setmmittee up to investigate the

biggest antitrust cases in decades. in a statement it alleged that the $108 billion acquisition would lessen competition and result in higher prices. at&t said the decision was unprecedented. this deal announced the best legal minds in the country agreed this transaction would be approved since our companies don't even compete with each other. but here we are. the government has filed a lawsuit and it stretches the very reach of antitrust law beyond the breaking point. >> the mega deal is part of at&t's transform from a telecom giant to a media conglomerate and comes two years after it bought satellite broadcaster directv. part of the time warner group. u.s. department of justice claims that under the deal at&t could charge competitors more to
