had his first ever meeting with the pope today. the private talks went over time at the vatican with the men speaking for close to an hour. with a sign of the growing tensions between france and italy on the migrationues, he will not be stopping to meet with the italian prime minister. for more on the visit to the vatican, let's bring in josephine. wase know more about what saidid between the popope and president macrcron? >> we are waiting for a few more details. what was remarkable about the visit was how visibly moved president macron was when he first met the pope. there were warm smiles. a very long meeting that went from us in our. after the leaders exchanged gifts, macron reached over and kissss to the pope -- and kissed
