in under four months, the u.k. is meant to leave the european union. the brexit situation is getting more chaotic. on monday, theresa may postponed a parliament vote as she knew she didn't have the votes to pass it. the prime minister will bring the deal back for a vote before january 21. she is holding emergency talks with the german chancellor. she is trying to see if she can help put pressure on the eu to change the deal, something the eu says it will not do. >> there is no room for renegotiation. enough to give her the clarification and further interpretatitions without alterg the agreement. this will not happen.
