something consumers care less about than before? >> people care more about what a baguette should be and how it is prepared and where the wheat comes from and what the wheat is inside the bread they are eating. i say a lot of people are more aware and want to know more of what they are eating. becaused of wheat is it because people are allergic to gluten because we have manipulated the wheat and the seeds. it is not the same as 50 years ago. people are becoming more aware.
