organizers and this is what she told us. >> people are very angry. everybody knows that it is because we are tired of this administration. we are tired of this public policy. it is even harder to live here. >> you hear her saying that it is getting harder and harder to live here. mentioning the difficult living conditions in puerto rico. it is recovering from hurricane maria. that was in 2017. the territories crippled by $74 billion of debt. critics say that is due to government mismanagement, government corruption. these protesters want to hold someone to account. brent: what more do we know about the chat room messages that prompted these protests in the first place? >> this is the heart of it.
