it is a new day. it will be tuesday. it will be a workday, but the 10% inflation, the pound being -- having trouble on the markets , we are waiting for a physical event. that is the way it is being described, not a budget, from the government. the fact that we had a prime minister appointed two days before the monarch's death, liz truss and that she was the number one choice of the parliamentary party, number two, number three choice, but the number one choice of the conservative members and that is why she is the tory leader and the uk prime minister in this new conservative government. but she is, i think, going to find it really challenging. she has had this exceptional time of hiatus. and suspension of parliament. of course, they reconvened to have tribute, eloquent tribute for -- because of the queens demise. but now, it is going to be hard

3:39 pm
the southern ukrainian nuclear power plant is far from any frontline. you cannot possibly pretend that there was a serious military target in that area. that is why ukraine's leaders are calling this nuclear terrorism. if you look a little bit closer though, it is perhaps not quite clear that it was a deliberate attempt to hit the nuclear power plant. in fact, it probably was not. adjacent to this nuclear power plant there is a hydroelectric power station and a thermal power station, so this is perhaps in the line of what vladimir putin already said that russia would do and what they have done in cities like kharkiv already, which is target elements of ukraine's electricity generating capacity. but more in terms of thermal power plants or hydroelectric power plants. we've got what they might call e collateral benefits of scaring people quite a lot by this kind of reckless behavior. to giveou an idea of how reckless it is, the head of the
