highly publicized. had this someone like this get a state funeral? -he was elected to be prime minister four times. the feeling is because he was such a dominant figure in politics, a decision was made that he would get a state funeral. it's because of the current government in power. it was an important partner,

3:44 pm
but, the man has said the real reason is because he is a supporter of the pkk. the swedish supreme court says it was assured by authorities that whether he would return he would not be prosecuted on those links. what will happen when he arrives? it's quite likely turkey will keep him in prison to serve the rest of his sentence and that will suit turkey's purposes to a large extent. if they were to go further than that and prosecute him for his connections, that would set a very dangerous precedent and no foreign court would ever trust the turkish authorities. >> with a spring out the change that stockholm is seeking? >> what sweden is doing will

>> russia has threatened to display tanks. we have seen more misinformation surrounding the alleged destruction. in my example, this was published by the russian ministry of defense on its official telegram channel. we can see there are over 300,000 views and in this, russia claimed it managed to destroy 28 ukrainian tanks. as proof of this conquest, they included this short video showing the alleged destruction of these tanks. if we have a look at the video. look at what we see. can see the silhouettes and count three silhouettes. when we play this video, around
3:53 pm
the 32nd mark we can see the destruction there we go. shortly after this was posted by storm. all of these range from 10 to nearly 100,000, showing us the scope of the claims. >> what did you find that this has been falsely represented? >> this claim garnered a lot of doubt for quite a few reasons. according to experts in russia
3:54 pm
itself, they claim that the infrastructure used to destroy the tanks with something called an alligator attack helicopter which uses thermal imaging systems like this black-and-white photo we saw. the point of this technology is to detect heat in low light conditions. what we saw in the video, all of those vehicles we saw were marked in black which would imply the engines are off. this is not impossible but it is unlikely another thing worth mentioning is how all of those tanks were parked out in the open, making them easy targets. if not impossible but it is unlikely.
3:55 pm
once really interesting about the video is the shape of the silhouettes. if we compare it to an actual image of the tank, and has something called a track and what we see isn't this similar but it seems high off the ground and there are markers for what could look like wheels. the shape corresponds a lot to agriculture machinery. we can see the similarities. while this is not enough to call it a false claim, what becomes more interesting is when we compare the other silhouettes with other vehicles which match agriculture machinery. you can see similar shapes and

another one here which matches the agricultural sprayer. these are not verified by any official source but all of the signs point to the fact that these might be agricultural machines rather than tanks >>9 4:30 what are the other viral examples? >> we have this photo published by many pro-russian accounts, this one has nearly 28,000 views. in it, he claims one tank was destroyed by an unmanned aerial drone developed by russia and this is allegedly from the onboard camera. a simple keyword search led me to a full bang -- full
