>> basically what had happened was on friday night apparently the fbi went into sean's home, into mr. morgan's home. that's when this investigation turned to focus on him. saturday morning was when i received information from the fbi that there had been an arrest of a neighbor. later saturday afternoon we did learn sean morgan he is in fact charged with murder in the first degree. armed criminal actions and tampering with physical evidence. i spoke with the prosecutor earlier today. mr. morgan will appear in court tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. in the circuit court. it's a preliminary hearing basically to find out how he will proceed with counsel. >> what are the investigators saying about the fact that they have yet to find the body? >> they're still working to find her body unfortunately. this is such a sad case. instantly when i heard it was a neighbor, sandra can thank you popped into my head. she was another little girl

taken by a neighbor. daniel van dam another neighbor abducked her and killed her. it appears to be another one of those cases. he's only charged at this point. there appears to be enough evidence for the prosecutor to move forward without a body which you can do in missouri. >> what do you think about sean morgan? >> i spoke to one of his neighbors. he's known him for 35 years. he says he was shocked. and that when the girl first went missing that sean morgan went over to his house and they jumped in the truck together and started driving around the area looking for the girl. so sean morgan was in fact an active volunteer within the search to find this little girl. i learned that he is not only a husband, but a father. his lived next door to the millers for about ten years and that his wife and the kids have moved away from the area as you can imagine to kind of get away and start processing all this. mr. miller's wife did speak with

we've been talking online today about the challenges president obama faces with a faltering economy and his approval rating at an all time low. even some democrats now pushing him to do more. will it mean a liberal challenger in the democratic primary? patrick miller writes in ses, no way. all we want is president obama to show the republicans right wing extremists and the tea party that he is boss. we still have hope and want to see the complete change in washington that we were promised. cheryl writes, as an avid supporter of obama its saddens me to say yes, i think another democratic could and should challenge him in the primary. my choice, hillary clinton.

droid operating system. they're trying to move into devices. it can cut both ways. it's one way of protecting the operating system which has been dominant and is a challenge to apple. on the other hand, they have to partner with a lot of hand set makers right now. they're then competing with the people they partner with. there's a chance it could backfire. it's an interesting move. it's one we have to watch over time. you mentioned the market looking so much better today. we're up triple digits. within that you look at the volume is a lot lighter than it had been on huge moves from last week. overall it seems like a calmer market today. we'll see if that lasts. a big meeting in new york still a lot of worry tons horizon. a calmer market today. >> you think it would be better for president obama talking to folks when the market is up in this way. there are some silver linings to the turmoil. oil prices are down

dramatically. >> down dramatically. you're right in the past month they're down 10%. we've seen prices at the pump down about 30 cents from their peak back in may. they had been getting close to $4 a gallon. that was a high of almost three years. there's a tax on come seres. every time you fill up that's spending you'd be elsewhere and you're not getting anything extra. gas prices, oil prices a definite bonus. there are lingering questions about the economy and its strength. >> jobs are the primary focus of conversation for the president. how are we looking on that front? >> without question we haven't seen any signs of light or hope on the jobs front. a lot of people throwing up their hands and wondering when that situation is going to turn around and there's no clear answer. >> melissa on a monday. it's good to see you. >> you, too. >> i'm contessa brewer thank you for watching today. president's bus tour taking him to iowa. we'll talk about that.
