rampage, that left three black men dead and two others injured. one of the suspects was upset about a man being shot by a black man and killed. >> reporter: acting on an anonymous tip early sunday morning, police arrested 19-year-old jake con carl england and 32-year-old alvin lee watts. >> we were desperate for leads. that's why we made some very pointed requests of our community to come forward, and they did. >> reporter: the arrests came two days after the shootings that left neighborhoods in north tulsa in fear. police believe the victims were targeted at random. >> it sickens me. it angers me. this is not what tulsa, oklahoma, is about. >> reporter: the two are expected in court later this week, each facing multiple counts of first degree murder and shooting with intent to kill. >> our investigation always includes social networking sites. >> reporter: on a facebook page appearing to belong to

19-year-old england, posts made hours before the shootings, refer to the second anniversary of his father's murder in tulsa. police have not indicated any motive in the killings. >> it is very premature to talk about hate crimes. we have yet to analyze all the information to understand the motivations. >> reporter: as the investigation continued on easter sunday. >> father, we've come together because we think of the families. >> reporter: members of the community joined in a prayer service honoring victims with roses. a tragedy now mixed with some sense of relief with sunday's arrests. francis co, nbc news. television legend mike wallace is being remembered today. the reporter and interviewer who spent 38 years on 60 minutes on cbs died at the age of 93. his family was at his side in connecticut where he lived the last few years. he said he wanted his epitaph to read tough but fair.

carrying 9,000 gallons of gas bursts into flames after being hit by a car. it happened at the intersection of two major freeways shutting one of them down for hours. the driver of the car that hit the big rig has been arrested for drunk driving. no one was hurt. in gary, indiana, two trains collided sunday and 15 cars derailed as a result, a faulty switch gear is being blamed. one worker broke his leg. those living near the crash are asked to stay in their homes while heavy equipment is brought in and out of the area. there is no sign any hazardous materials were on board. finally, in new york it is the one day each year that people don't mind getting sacked, i guess you could say. this weekend's international pillow fight day was held in more than 100 cities around the world. organizers say it's about getting people outside and being social. one city, l.a., canceled this year's pillow fight over fears it would kill a newly 4ri installed lawn.

disasters. that was record breaking. this was our first one and hopefully we won't do that any time soon again. in new england i mentioned northern next it was not a fun easter sunday. it was cloudy, cool, windy. that storm is still lingering, if not getting stronger there in northern maine. winds are gusting in albany and boston already to 30 miles per hour. it will be a windy day today all the way down through philadelphia. new york city now windy at about 26 miles per hour. even buffalo too. it's not going to be that beautiful day like we had yesterday. the clouds will increase. we have some rain showers out there. today carry the umbrella if you want to stay completely dry. there will be hit and miss showers, windy. we hold onto the warmth for your monday. it will get much cooler on tuesday and wednesday as some cold air begins to wrap in around this big storm up there in northern maine. the other weather story during the day today, late today if you're in areas like dallas, oklahoma city, areas of western oklahoma, you're under a moderate risk of severe weather. we could see tore natd does out here in northern oklahoma.
