i'm here. i'm free now. >> we will get someone there as soon as we get a car open. >> no. i need him now before he gets back. >> that don't look right. i took her, pried the door open so she could climb through there. you can't open the door completely. he has it locked some kind of way. >> neighbors cheered in the street as police carried the girls to safety. >> it's a great day. it is just -- i can't tell you for the families, for these officers that have been working these cases for all these years. it was just amazing to see the emotion on these seasoned law enforcement officers when they went in there and saw amanda and gina, michelle. >> their friends say they never gave up hope. >> i knew she would come home. >> i never forgot about her ever. >> all three women were taken to an area hospital where officials say they are in good condition. >> this is really good. this isn't the ending we usually

hear to these stories. we're very happy. >> three brothers, all in their 50s, have been arrest ed but they're not saying much else about thes. >> while the women are being examined by doctors, we are learning more this morning with the suspects in custody. a reporter with the cleveland plain dealer, who cover this had story for years, spoke with us last night. >> a lot of people that walk up to you have something negative to say about the person who has been arrested and that wasn't the case here. it was mostly just shock. >> one woman was reportedly holding a child, but officials had not confirmed the child's relationship. molotov cocktail, suspected firebombs? that's what the fbi says they found in buford rogers mobile home in minnesota. they believe he was planning a terror attack, although no details are available as far as targets or a motive. he is is facing felony firearm

charges. he is in custody. limousine fire that left five women dead is disputing the driver's version of events. he said he thought the passengers wanted to smoke a cigarette. >> stop the car. stop the car. it took a while for him to stop the car. >> at that point, she said no. smoke, smoke, smoke. pull over. i'm looking. i finally kind of, you know, look back a couple of times. and i see the grief on her face. >> the cause is still under investigation. air force chief in charge of sexual assault prevention is facing charges of sexual battery. 41-year-old lieutenant colonel was arrested after reports he drunkenly followed a woman in a virginia parking lot.

when the woman fought back he simply tried to grab her again. he has since been removed from his post. for the first time the obama administration is ooh accusing china's military of cyber attacks on u.s. government systems. pentagon report says the motive could be to map our military capabilities so they can be exploited during a crisis. it also says china's primary goal is to steal industrial technology. many cyber attacks focused on how american lawmakers think. until now the administration had avoided directly accusing the chinese government even though some reports indicate more than 90% of cyber espionage in the u.s. originates in china. your "first look" of this morning's dish of scrambled politics. new jersey governor chris christie reveals that the weight is over. he underwent lap band surgery earlier this year in an effort to slim down, breaking the news

vice president joe biden says gun control legislation will have to take a backseat to immigration reform. immigration overhaul will cost taxpayer taxpayers a whopping $6 trillion in the coming decades because of health care, social services. that is a huge price tag. will congress take on something like that? >> well, it's a huge price tag but also controversial. heritage had a similar study six years ago on immigration reform. it wasn't quite as high a number but was widely criticized saying they're not taking into effect that immigrants can add to the economy. the same kind of criticism came

forward. there's a real split even among conservatives. relying more on government services and won't contribute as much to taxes but others saying, no, heritage miscalculated this. critics who don't want this to go forward will seize on that study quite a bit in the next coming week. >> they're already criticizing it, david. let's put this number in perspective. talking $6 trillion. haley barbour said if you're looking at something over a 50-year period it's going to cost a lot so that's just a scare tactic, that number. is this true? >> absolutely. it's over the next several decades. most economists poke holes in this and say the worst case s scenario, immigrants, once they're legalized might be able to add more to the economy by moving up the social economic ladder. proponents will really attack this study. but some conservatives in certain parts of the country are already seizing on this and saying, wait a minute, we need
