very worthy cause. we're following a developing story out of northwestern spain. at least 77 people are dead and up to 131 injured after a violent train derailment. officials are calling it one of europe's worst accidents? decades. it happened just before sunset wednesday. that's when witnesses say the high speed train emerged from a tunnel and derailed on a curb sending cars flying off the tracks. >> translator: i heard an explosion. when a rifd, one of the carriages was already over the road that comes out from me. >> smoke billowed from the wreckage as crews worked to rescue trapped passengers. distraught relatives, they were blocked from the scene, forced to wait on the sidelines. and an investigation is underway this morning as crews work to lift the wreckage from the tracks. a sweeping program that collects phone record data on all american citizens is not

national hurricane center. so we only have to get a little uptick here. 74, 75. and then we'll have a hurricane on our hands. it's a very small system. well out in the atlantic. here is the new forecast path. this is what gets our attention. pretty much heading due west just like the classic storms do across the atlantic. where it goes after day five is in question. will it be a hurricane by five days? will we have to deal with this in seven days? i wish i had a crystal ball. there are a lot more questions with this storm than i'd like. all of our computer models take it in the general direction of the bahamas in five to seven days from now while it goes up the east coast or just off the east coast or florida. it is still much in jeopardy. what does concern us is that five days from now we'll be over very warm water, warm enough water that it could intensify. the big question is will the upper level winds be favorable or not? dorian is one of first storms we really need to watch. >> all right. we'll be watching very closely. thank you, bill.

scandal. do you agree? >> it's interesting. you use the term stand by your man. you'll recall that when all of this started from the clintons and there was that 60-minute appearance after the gennifer flowers revelations were being made, she said she was no patsy cline. of course, the song was stand by your man, patsy cline's famous song. so we're using that expression. and somebody who basically was a disciple of hillary clinton is now basically trying to strike out on her own with her son anthony weiner and running into a scandal again. >> absolutely. you know, just because she says she forgives weiner, it doesn't mean voters are going to. since this is really part two of a sexting scandal many thought was over and done with. so now does it become a trust issue with voters? >> well, i think so. and i think it becomes, quite frankly, a disgust issue with voters. >> to say the least. >> yeah. >> and there are so many one liners that we won't share today because this is, after all, a
