the first time top leaders would meet the president since the shutdown. in the end, speaker john boehner said their evening meeting at the white house amounted to little more than a polite conversation with zero headway. earlier in the day, president obama told cnbc's john harwood essex as operated even though he has tried to work with republicans. >> during the course of my presidency, i have bent over backwards to work with the republican party and have purposely kept my rhetoric down. i think i'm pretty well-known nor being a calm guy. >> president obama has called for a clean continuing resolution to fund the government. one that does not try to strip obama care funding. in order to do so, just 17 house members would have to break ranks. that's assuming all 200 democrats will vote for it. right now according to the huffington post, that number of republicans stands at 20

straits that they have resorted to accusing me of not caring about kids with cancer. shameful. the roll dwrout for the affordable care act has been far from flawless, but we have a look at how many people checked out the health exchange website. on tuesday, 4.7 million people visited health care.gov. about 190,000 people made calls to enrollment hot lines and 104,000 requests for live web chats. despite the number of visitors, the hhs has not announced how many people successfully enrolled in it. there are anecdotes going through the information and in the last page says you can't enroll. according to the census bureau, in 2012, 48 million americans did not have health insurance. the fbi has shut down the drug world's version of e-bay. it's an online drug bazaar where anonymous users can buy illegal drugs and even hire a hit man.

this man was behind what's called silk road. his online name allegedly dread pirate roberts, a reference to the prin did he say bride, albrecht is facing charges of narcotics trafficking, money laundering, conspiracy. he's also suspected of using the website to try and hire hitmen to silence two other users of about the website. this message is where people visiting the site will now find. it's believed the site had $1.2 billion in sales the last three years with 80 million going to albrecht. the fbi also seized $3.6 million in the bit coin digital currency. one of the suspects in the brutal case of road rage caught on camera in new york city has been officially charged. christopher cruz faced a judge faced with unlawful imprisonment. cruz's attorneys say his client had nothing at all to do with the attack.

for hiring dr. conrad murray without properly checking his credentia credentials. the jury disagreed. he was competent to do the job of being a general practitioner. now that doesn't mean that we felt he was ethical and maybe had the word ethical been in the question, it could have been a different outcome. in 2011, murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in connection to jackson's death. he's expected to be released from prison later this month. a fiery wreck between a church bus, tractor-trailer and suv left people dead on interstate 40 in tennessee. the church bus was on route to north carolina. it blew a tire. crossed the median into oncoming traffic. the bus then clipped an suv before smashing into the tractor-trailer which then burst into flames. horrible story in tennessee. also want to tell you about a spying revelation by the nsa. the director has acknowledged. the nsa tracked cell phone locations and a secret test
