angry bulls? good morning, everybody. i am betty nguyen. heavily armed pirates took the captain and engineer ashore as hostages. one of the most notorious acts of piracy is now a hit movie. somali pirates kidnapped a captain in 2009 and held him for days before his rescue. he spoke to brian williams. >> and they will usually take a captain or chief engineer and bring them ashore and hide them, so no rescue attempt can be made. it's dangerous out in the gulf of guinea, but it's also dangerous on the land in nige a nigeria. >> the two americans thursday

i think this sort of negative feelings you are seeing over obama care, and they have a huge opportunity with yesterday's hearings on the hill to kind of put some of that behind them. the new cycle this week has been impacted by the obama care launch. >> let's talk about that. there was a whole lot of grilling on the hill yesterday regarding obama care and the glitches and some are calling for the human health and secretary to resign. is that warranted? >> that would be a major admission on behalf of the administration that they messed up? >> you don't see it happening? >> i don't see it happening. i could be wrong. it's just my opinion. this is an example of government not working. i think it's part of this larger narrative for republicans of government simply not ready for primetime with the obama care launch. the bottom line, this only impacts 15% of americans for

trying to get rolled into the health care system, and yet for every american, they look at this -- i am from outside of philly, and this doesn't pass the common sense test that a site doesn't load. >> some congressional members staff members have until october 30th to decide if they have to sign up for obama care. could this see firsthand what kind of an affect this is having? >> it's a great point. some democratic senior leaders in congress said they want all of their offices to enroll in obama care, but how are they going to be able to do that if the website won't load. this is not going away. it's a major problem. will this be a footnote in the obama presidency legacy, or something else. >> have a great weekend. >> you, too.
