we'll let you know how the thanksgiving plans may get messed up with messy weather. a messy start to another manning brady bowl last night. a furious come back forced overtime. we'll let you know who came out on top and the bizarre play that gift-wrapped the win. this is "way too early." good morning, everybody. monday, november 25th, holiday week. we have yet another person falling from the top deck of a football gamement we'll have that story four. highlights from the american music awards last night. we get to see what miley was up to this time. and it's interesting as always. we want to begin with a fallout from that nuclear agreement with iran. al hunt calling the plan imperfect but perhaps the u.s.'s least bad option. iran. president obama announced an interim deal with tehran. the plan requires that iran phase out its high grade uranium cache. it must submit to dealy inspections. in return, iran would get modest relief from the u.s. sanctions. >> these are substantial limitations which will help prevent iran from building a nuclear weapon. simply put, they cut off iran's most likely paths to obama. the broader architecture of sanctions remain in place and we'll continue to enforce them vigorously. we will turn offer the relief and ratchet up the pressure. >> but already, there is a disagreement over the most basic of terms. >> this first step does not say that iran has a right to

enrichment. so matter what interpretive comments are made, it is not in this document. there is no right to enrich within the four corners of the npt and this document does not do that. >> it doesn't say it in so many words. it says clearly that iran will have an enrichment program. it has right to nuclear technologies. >> there is deep skepticism from allies in the region, particularly saudi arain why and israel. and all along, congress has been considering deeper sanctions but held off to avoid breaking the deal. members are openly criticizing this agreement. >> the u.n. security council is at a base level stated that iran would not have the right to enrich and, yet, it appears that wee have already given a tilt -- it looks like they'll be

enriching for commercial purposes down the road. you see the reaction in iranment they're spiking the football in the end zone. >> joining us on the council of foreign relations, richard haas. put it in context how big a deal this is. >> it is a big deal even though it is a temporary limited interim agreement. 3 1/2 decades ago, we were at logger heads with the hostage taking. iran is putting it to place. and to suddenly shape an agreement, put a ceiling on the program, it doesn't do away with it. it puts a ceiling on it. it is quite a diplomatic game. >> putting a ceiling on it, is it enough to develop a weapon? the question is who is right? >> this agreement does more good than anything else. it puts a ceiling on it. it makes it more transparent.
2:34 am
it would give us more time. if they decide to break out and dash for nuclear weapons, we would have several months more warning in which case we could take other actions if it was needed. >> historically saudi, israel huge allies. how serious is it for these guys? are they going to do something about what's pretty bad news? >> i don't think they'll do anything. we'll see how this plays out. the most important thing is not the interim agreement. what matters is the agreement that follows. so over the next year the two sides are determined to reach a long range agreement. how long range is yet to be specified. it's going to be there that we should look at the details and only then will iran get enormous sanctions relief in xhafrpexchar far reaching limits. >> why do an interim agreement? why not wait until you can get the real thing in place? it doesn't make sense. >> i actually argue as much as that a few weeks ago.
2:35 am
i said a permanent agreement would have been preferable. then you see what you get. clearly the two sides weren't able to do that. they worry if you have nothing to fill the gap, they worry what will happen in the meantime. this cauterizes it. it buys us time and time is what we need. >> richard, we'll see you in a little bit on "morning joe." tell us what you think? who came out on top on this deal, u.s. and allies or iran? it is more of a serious set of questions for you on monday on "way too early." we'll have the best responses later in the show. let's turn our attention to afghanistan. officials thought a deal was reached to keep u.s. troops in that country beyond 2014. president karzai continues to insist on delaying the agreement until after next year's elections. yesterday karzai rejected the recommendation of the country's

of course with events at magic johnson's home and at the headquarters of dreamworks entertainment. the ink is barely dry on deal with iran and already president obama turning his attention to another pretty heated issue. the president will renew his push for immigration reform during a speech today in san francisco. he plans to put the pressure squarely on house republicans. new polling meanwhile shows 63% support a path way to citizenship for undocumented workers. that will be a key part of the president's push. it will also highlight the need to hold employers accountable and the need to strengthen border security. facebook founder mark zuckerburg also ramping up pressure to improve a pathway to citizenship. he co-founded a group that is focused on policy reforms and education. >> when you meet these children who are really talented and they've goen up in america, they really don't know any other country besides that, they don't have the opportunities that, you

steve sedgwick is live this morning. good morning. >> yeah. very good morning you to, brian. interesting that the price reaction is a couple bucks down on world benchmark. the u.s. benchmark trading a little lower as well. what is important to note is that the iranians will not be putting more into the market, it's frozen between 9.9 million barrels and 22.2 barrels in the day. the saudis are also a little upset. they have the iranians at 150 billion barrels of reserve. that means the current 1 million could go up two, three, four, five, six, even start challenging that $10 million barrels a day. that's why they're concerned here as well. airline prices are going up. a lot of seats being taken out domestically.
