much of the storm is going to be all snow. already snow in the ohio valley, portions of iowa. this is kind of like the warmup act, the appetizer to the bigger storm coming in laert tonight and then during the day on thursday. here's my latest snowfall map and snowfall totals. i have upped the totals of area of eastern new england, now you have getting probably a solid foot of snow. this is going to be a light, fluffy snow, probably easy to shovel. new york city, tough forecast, right on the edge of the snow to your north, northeast. chicago totals over two, three days, 5 to 7 inches and much of the ohio valley 3 to 6 inches. thursday and friday night are the worst of it in new england, even talking about blizzard

enjoined from the -- >> was it a surprise to you? >> well, no, because usually when you have something kicking in, a judge -- this doesn't signal how the final ruling may go. usually there is a judicial inclination just to maintain the status quo and not require anyone to do anything new. so i don't know how -- what the ultimate ruling would be on this. >> there are also some cases the supreme court could rule on obamacare, similar to what we were talking about. how might these challenges be as we look toward march and june where the supreme court might make some decisions? >> well, i think the court already has decided on the fundamental -- they upheld the ability of the government to have a mandate and for people to
