america are probably deeply offended by the fact he went on to say people who hold those views are not welcome in new york and i find it odd he and the chair of the rnc attacked all the people who came to washington this week to march for life, the theme for this week's march for life was adoption, and i think it's sad when you have people like governor cuomo, debbie wasserman schultz and the democrats attacking republicans and all americans who want to stand up for human life and adoption. that's something that is kind of sad and it's also interesting, frankly, as someone who sits in the position that i do, that when they go and say things like that, there is much less of a focus on what they said, whereas we find it tend to happen a lot more on our side. so i would caution, frankly, all of the rhetoric is probably not helpful in general, but there is a bit of a one-sided battle when it comes to how republicans are viewed in the media. >> yeah, but you know what, sean, let's face it.

great congratulations on the great interview here. the remarks from eric holder combined with all the major changes the president announced this week when it comes to the nsa spying program, does this open the door to a plea deal for snowden? >> it doesn't look like the attorney general thinks there's any breakthroughs coming. people want to talk about whether snowden is a whistle-blower, he looks at edward snowden as a defendant and while they are open to plea deals, as they are with any defendant, he didn't seem to have anything else on that and declined to weigh in on those allegations that perhaps snowden worked with a foreign government, something that has been said by officials, but not substantiated. >> have a conversation with him, it's still wrap a. >> he said they'll talk to lawyers as with any case. >> okay. you covered rather in the extensive part a wide range of

look like and a big shift he's promulgated under the last year basically saying that outside of areas of violence and interstate commerce, they are not going to pursue individual marijuana use, so asked about the president's recent remarks, he said we're already doing this and it fits with something the attorney general is calling the smart on crime agenda where they don't look for incarceration as the first way to deal with private substance abuse. >> yeah. another thing you talked about, fascinating discussion about voting rights and what the attorney general feels is behind the push to enact voter i.d. laws. i want to play some of that. it's interesting. >> sure. >> if we can show that photo i.d. efforts are done inappropriately and for improper reasons, i think that ought to be federal intervention. >> when some say voter identification is for election integrity and, thus, is different than the history of
