i want you to look at the poll numbers. 68% say the country is worse since obama since office. 31% say it's gotten better. what does the president need to say tonight in order to change that? >> it's going to take more than one thing. the state of our union is grumpy. >> they are frustrated, right? >> we blame everyone and everything. obama's numbers are down. congress's numbers are lower than ice storms and snow shoveling this week. we just don't like what's happening. we don't know who to blame. >> do they need answers? >> it's funny. 23 f you focus on some of the president's policy plans like doing something about immigration, trying to reduce some of these tax breaks that corporations get, all that stuff polls pretty well. people like those policies. when you ask who you who do you trust who are is going to make
