to office buildings, there's a silent war going on. bobby jindal is on the wrong side of it. i'll see you back here on monday 4:00 p.m. eastern. good evening, americans, and welcome to "the ed show" live from new york. let's get to work. >> vw is a great company. >> i'm glad to see vosk whlkswas standing by its employees. >> volkswagen is a german company. >> this billboard crosses out auto and reads united obama workers.

workers as senator bob corker of tennessee. he's writing the textbook on how to do somebody's bidding. senator, let me ask you a question. i know it's probably impossible for you to ever think about going face to face with me on the ed show, but i have some basic questions that maybe the public will follow up on to your office. who is choking your chain on this, dude? it doesn't effect your life at all. there are 1500 workers at a plant who might have a chance at a better wage. they don't even have to join the union if the vote goes "yay. what is it? what is motivating bob corker? tonight is pivotal moment for workers rights in this country. we are going down to the wire.

workers are going to end their three-day voting period on whether to join the communist united auto workers union. this is a high stakes vote and it is expecting to be close. it's freedom in the workplace. i thought that's what america is all about. voices, freedom, opportunity. now if the plant votes the unionize, it'll mark the first time the uaw has been able to organize workers at a foreign owned plant. this would be a big step forward for the united auto workers. it will make an effort to unionize other plants down in the south. why not? they have workers in alabama, georgia, mississippi. is there something about this depressing wages in the south? do the southerners down there not like workers? it's a cultural thing, i
