welcome back. tile now for some which is news and cnbcertha koomps comes. >> more than 2 dozen states attorney generals have sent letters to retailers including right aisle and walmart. this would follow a move by drugstore cbs care mark last month. reports say the letters don't mention any potential legal action if retailers don't institute that ban. meantime, honda is recalling nearly 900,000 odyssey minivans in the u.s. because of fuel pumps that could crack causing a leak and possible fire. the recall affects the 2005 through 2010 models. consumers are warming to the idea of using a mobile wallet.

>> this makes him nervous. he's the majority leader. we don't know whether he will be after this fall. brian sandibal, the republican governor of nevada has high approval ratings this fall and there's going to be a lot of pressure on him against harry reid. re reid has faced a number of threats this go around. he used the nuclear option and overturned the filibuster rules and he's very controversial. you have a popular governor with support. brian sf aandibal could draw support and it's an interesting time in that race. you're looking at a lot of pressure coming from republicans for him to run. >> what else do we know about him? he's a republican but he seems pretty moderate? >> pretty moderate. he's worked with democrats in the state quite effectively. what's interesting is he is

hispanic. he could draw support from that community. he did cause some frustration among that community last go around when he was running in a primary. he had tougher immigration views, embraced the arizona tough immigration law. that's a bit controversial. it's also interesting that the last go round for his race for governor he defeated harry reid's son rory in that race and he could go up against his father. >> what do you think, david. how likely is it that he would actually run? >> i think it's a very strong chance especially if republicans do well this fall whether they win and unseat democrat's control of the senate or not. i think if they do well, you know, this fall there's going to be a lot of pressure in 2016. democrats have other struggles going forward. obviously there will be a question of who's running from the top of the ticket but i think there will be f. governor sa sandoval runs well, he'll be in
