>> i guess it's april fool's day. lew lewis. that's a real onesy coming up later. we begin with a new report that raises more questions about the tactics used by the cia they mislead the federal government about the interrogation report. the sweeping report said they exaggerated the significance of information gained from prisoners through cohearsive metho methods. the 6300-page document saying it did not lead to bin laden's death in 2011. it includes damning new disclosure about the secret black sites. they are expected to make a declassified report public. it was a rocky road to the finish line. the dolt sign up under the aca has come and gone. the program is on track to meet the initial 7 million enrollment

high frequency trading is not popular among the small trader. they say it takes away from the transparency and liquidity. the buying and selling price for you and me. and high frequency traders trade quickly and thousands and thousands in the marngt as well. some are saying it could be illegal. the fbi is having an investigation into whether this is trading on information. which is not in the general public. there are two things. one the unpopular of the practice among a lot of day trading practitioners. and the second, the accusations -- lewis, of course, has written a book about this as well. elsewhere very briefly caterpillar. have a look they are being accused by carl levin a democratic senate of shifti ini 85% of the past division to switzerland to save taxes. a lot of big stories in the markets. >> thank you. we want to keep own the trend of automobiles right now. car safety advocates this

airlines crash in san francisco. the airline blaming software and the jet as well as pilot error in new documents filed with the national transportation safety board. according to the airline, the navigation equipment failed because of poorly designed software. apparently caused the pilots to fly too low when they believed they were flying at the proper speed. a system warning did not sound in time. boeing said all the equipment was working properly. the plane crash left three people dead. for the first time since voting to allow gay youth to be members. the boy scouts banned the openly-gay leader. the sexual orientation was known when he he was asked by the reverend to start a new troop. they're complaining that the problem is a distractions to scouting and they don't seem to understand that the distractions is self-inflicted. the boy scouts are defending the

behind it. just to keep in mind we get in the severe weather time. they occur in the midwest and the snow. we had five inches of snow in some part of long island. it was thunder snow there. it was a ugly day from hartford to boston, d.c. at 67. look how much nicer it was there than boston. today it shifts to new england. that storm is exiting. you should get a great deal of sunshine. the cape will be cool with the ocean breeze. everybody else, it's going to be a nice april 1st. lothsz of sunshine in southern new england. 50 will feel warm compared to yesterday. 68 in pittsburgh is nice. the blizzard from yesterday is exiting. it's cold and not nice in northern portions of minnesota. in minneapolis it's chilly. 80 in kansas city yesterday. sunny for one more day and the storms roll in tonight and tomorrow. the forecast for tuesday. april starts off better than
