cameras chblt more than five dozen were freed with little resistance. the men were being held in connection to the deadly clashed on friday, which left more than 40 people dead. jeffrey, the u.s. ambassador to ukraine is now demanding an investigation into the increase in violence and if michael is behind it and russia could be in the final stages of prepping for a full scale invasion. it's putting increased scrutiny on whether western backed sanctions are doing enough to protect the kremlin. >> we've already seen the playbook. it's time to provide support for the ukrainian military. and at this point russia is not getting the message, and you have russian agents in ukraine.

>> only god knows. she went onto say there are a number of hours similar to the first one released to tmz. texas governor rick perry who is being talked about for the presidency is talking about the death penalty. this following the botched execution of clayton lockett. >> the process of the actual execution, i will suggest to you, is very different from oklahoma. we only use one drug. i'm confident that the way the executions are taken care of in the state of texas are appropriate and humane. >> was this inhumane. >> i don't know if it was inhumane or not, but it was botched. i hope they will not only look at the process in oklahoma. >> even somebody convicted of a heinous crime, you don't want @ governor responsible for forcing a heart attack because they couldn't injengt the proper

drugs. >> there's an appropriate way to deal with this and obviously something went wrong. >> he suggested the door is far from closed for a comeback. >> you ran in 2012. a lot of people thought that was a botched effort on your part. >> i would tend to agree with them. >> what wept wrong? >> america is a place that believes in second chances. i think we see more character out of an individual by how do you perform after you fail and go forward? >> it could take weeks for investigators to figure out what caused a circus accident that left several performers seriously hurt. eight were injured when a metal beam fell more than 30 feet during a high wire accident. this was captured all on a cell phone video.

scene, you see, the expression on his face, the expression of sorrow, the expression of pain. >> he claims he shot steenkamp in a tragic accident mistaking her for a shooter. the prosecution says he intentionally shot her following a dispute. >> wall street will look to rally after all three markets closed in the red on friday. jeff, big expectations to kick off the the week. >> yeah. but we're a little flat in the european session. and asia wasn't strong. i'm wondering how strong the u.s. will come out of the gate. a lot of people are chewing over that jobs data because even though we saw a big spike, the participation rate was down and we were flat on household income. the market is still grappling

with this issue. one bright spot perhaps in europe. the portuguese are finally getting out of their bailout program. this was a three-year, $78 billion euro program that provided them a lifeline. they are leaving that protection here. they say that's a good news story for them. and the markets seem to give these economies the benefit of the doubt. back to you. >> also a new list out of america's favorite stores. who are they? >> wal-mart, mcdonald's and s subway in the top three. basically this is a survey by a group called placed. they look at consumer behavior and these were the three names that came in top. unsurprisingly, what they discovered was these companies also have some of the largest marketing budgets, so they really go out there and try to sell themselves to the american
