have the right to marry impacting laws in utah, colorado, kansas, oklahoma, wyoming and new mexico. the ruling takes no affect until the appeals process is carried out and utah's attorney general has vowed to take the case all the way to the u.s. supreme court. separately in indiana a federal judge struck down the ban on same-sex marriages. they are filing an appeal and couples are flocking to courthouses for weddings. susan collins of maine announced her support for gay couples to marry. her home state has legalized same sex unions and she is the fourth republican senator to voice their support. there are new developments in the search for that missing malaysia airlines flight 370. officials say there is evidence the plane was on autopilot until it likely ran out of fuel and crashed. they believe it traveled that way for several hours after making a sharp left turn in the indian ocean. search crews are preparing to scour a new area. like the tenth new area.
