2:22 am
quote, unquote, for what? why are you going to sue me? for doing my job? you know, i'm not sure it's gaining momentum except among republicans, i think, in the midterm election year, this is an attack that republicans are trying to use to drum up support among the base. what's interesting, though, is earlier this week, we saw some rift among republicans with the far right saying they wanted to do more than just sue the president. they wanted to, in fact, vote to impeach him. but as more establishment type republicans, including senator john mccain saying, wait a minute, we don't think that the president deserves to be impeached. so how far they want to go, they're debating that on the republican side. >> yeah, you know, but in the meantime, there's this growing frustration out there over congress' inaction. bill gates, warren buffett saying we may have different opinions on how to handle the crisis, but we can draft an agreement we can agree on.

2:24 am
huge implications with how florida handles its elections. obviously, florida, huge swing state. but even if they are redrawn, i do expect that democrats will still keep the majority in the state. but again, it's right before a midterm, redistricting, you know, never a good look for a state to have that. >> indeed. and florida's had its problems in the past. all right, kevin. thank you very much. >> thank you. >> which celebrity is tagging the wrong people on twitter? find out next. on my count. ...the one where you step up and save the day? make it happen. with verizon xlte.
