>> he sounds pretty confident in that, too. right now i am joined by politico reporter lee munsel. >> good morning. >> voter turnout is expected to be very low. what is it going to take to get people to the polls. >> well, it's not surprising turnout would be low in a mid-term election. this time around the white house is making a get out the vote push. not the same as the initial obama campaign i get out and vote push but a smaller scale version of that. so they've reported a bunch of different calls and those things to get voters, especially democrats, who at this point have a couple of races, that they will need a lot better turnout to actually win or tip the scales in their favor. so democrats are pushing particularly and the white house is pushing to get more voters out to the polls.

>> just a second, it appears jeb bush might have a tax problem. the former governor said he can support tax increases. now, this is piting him against republican party leaders him could this hurt his possible run for president if. >> well, certainly, even kind of the appearance of being opened to raising taxes is a difficult thing for republicans to get behind and then have that work for them politically. that's not to say that it could potentially kill his chances at 2016, but that kind of combined with middle of the road stances on immigration and education may kind of build this perspective of him as not as conservative as he may need to be to get the nom nations. so, certainly, that's a concern. all rotto, he has raised or lowered taxes consistently, sorry, in his time as governor, so he doesn't necessarily, he's not necessarily for more taxes
