tv, welcome to -- "way too early." yes. where charades is not a game it's a vocation. good lord, donald. good lord. anyway hope -- yeah that's how you do tv in charades. this is movie. tv box. three words. joey, you win. you get a nice prize a serato the upstairs lounge. the right our top stories this morning after that big fail by donald on our charades. we want to start talking about what's going on with that nurse that was quarantined in new jersey after returning from west africa on her way home kaci hickox is en route to maine after being released from an isolation tent. officials say she needs to stay home for 21 days since her last exposure to ebola. kaci hickox's lawyer says that's not necessary since she tested negative for the various. she will remain in isolation for the next day or so.

cdc recommends health care workers voluntarily isolate themselves for 21 days but rejecting mandatory quarantines and the white house is criticizing that kind of policy. >> she didn't travel over there because she was getting a big paycheck. presumably she's not going to be inducted into the nurse's hall of fame for it. she did it out of concern for her common man. her service and commitment to this cause is something that should be honored and respected and we don't do that by making her live in a tent for two or three days. >> new jersey governor chris christie not backing done. wishing kaci hickox well but refusing not to apologize for her treatment. >> my job is not to represent her it's to represent the people of new jersey. i know she was upset and angry. she wanted to go home. we've seen people traveling and they have been stopped whether late for a plane or whatever, they get upset and angry. that's fine. i have absolutely nothing but

goodwill for her going forward. she's a good person doing good work in west africa but she needs to understand that the obligation of elected officials is to protect the public health. >> holding firm there. virginia and maryland now say they will increase their screening of travellers from ebola affected countries in west africa and those showing symptoms could be quarantined. in new york city hospital officials say a 5-year-old boy hospitalized after returning from guinea has tested negative for ebola. a week from today voters will be heading to the polls across the country. here's a snapshot of how the senate races are looking. we have the "usa today" polling showing mary landrieu with slimmest of margins in louisiana. that's pointing to a potential runoff and with just the top two candidates in this race, congressman bill cassidy leading the incumbent by 7%. cbs/"new york times" poll has the same race closer, 46-42.

see another example of the ford family never ever, ever giving up! >> well ford says that he has to take care of his health first and foremost and you can see now in those images some of the conditions and some of the symptoms he's battling there with the hair loss as he's battling back with his health through cancer. ford saying he vows to continue to work for his constituents so obviously he's a politician who is committed to not going away and maybe this gives him a lot of purpose to help him through that struggle as he battles for his health. one unlucky jogger found himself arrested after running into the british prime minister. ran into the british, david cameron security detail. they are in hot water for having it happen in the first place. take a look at this video. you can see a jogger running down the sidewalk as prime minister cameron heads towards the road. cameron steps aside as the detail rushes towards the man and the prime minister gets into

support for major equality. a student at the university of berkeley has a petition to remove bill maher. it has 2,000 signatures so far. it comes after maher's debate with ben affleck in which maher said islam is the only religion that acts like the mafia if you say the wrong thing, draw the wrong big tur or write the wrong book. the student says it's not an issue of free speech it's about campus climate. the first amendment gives him the right to speak his mind but it doesn't give them right to speak at such an elevated platform as the commencement. that's a privilege his racist and bigoted remarks don't give him. so our twitter question for you are students trampling on bill maher's free speech or protecting their graduation against what they call hate
