interviewing nfl team doctors in several locations as part of an ongoing investigation into potential violations of the controlled substances act. we have learned they wanted o to know what controlled substances were on hand and whether or not those doctors traveling with the teams out of town were licensed in their home state. reaction from the league, from a spokesman, saying, our teams cooperated with the dea e today have we have no information to indicate that irregular lities were found. there were no arrests. this stems from a may lawsuit filed by players alleging that the teams as a whole were indiscriminantly handing out painkillers like candy. the players reaction from their attorney this morning says the complaint may contain numerous allegations of illegal actions by the nfl regarding the distribution of controlling substances. we are pleased to learn that the

dea has taken the statements of our players seriously. it's an ongoing investigation. >> all right, thank you for that. we're going to shift gears to this. bill cosby is breaking his silence after accusations that he is a rapist. over the last several weeks, decade-old, discredited aelgszs against bill cosby have resurfaced. the fact that they are being repeated does not make them true. mr. cosby does not intend to dignify these allegations with any comment. the statement comes on the heels of a cancelled guest appearance on letterman. he was never charged in any cases brought against him, but in 2006 he denied raping anyone and did settle a civil suit in 2006 with one woman over an alleged incident two years before. last month comedian renewed the scandal after he did a bit about cosby's alleged behavior.

of insurance. they have a list of gold, platinum, here are the different levels, but you need to look into something or pay the fine. the cbo advised the people who were writing the affordable care act on how to make that not a tax, which means you need to have choices on how you spend the money. in a similar way to having precipitations to build an onramp. it's not a tax because you can buy these things in the free market. you can decide how you want to do that and you have choices as to how you're going to spend that money. you don't have to buy the one onramp. if they only had one choice, that would be considered a tax. >> don't these plans pass them on these hidden taxes, if you will, on to the client, the insurer? >> i can tell you that to be given a set of options, you heard bobby jindal saying we
