1:05 pm
what we're kboigoing to see is much power does boehner and mcconnell have, can this translate into them having control over their conference. they believe they can. they believe they can get 218 to this. but it is not over in the house gop conference until the fat lady sings and she's not getting ready to sing by any means right now. >> yeah that lady takes her time in the house republican. what happens in the senate, do they take two bills, for three weeks? >> that's what is interesting that hary reed was coy saying eleven out of twelve appropriation bills being passed under this gop proposal is not a bad things. when you look at how they have gone over the last three years,

they had to say to republicans. they are clearly not happy urging republicans to keep families together and not try the president for his immigration action. the whole point of the republicans trying to put the, you know, let their conservative members vent and move forward with the funding bill because they know immigration is not a good issue to get stuck on. the longer this process plays out, seems the worse it is for the party in the short, medium and the long term. >> absolutely right. when boehner says he has nothing to turn to, that's absolutely not true. he does have a bill he can put in frornt of the house that was done by the gang of eight. that has been on their desk for over 500 days, he could do it tomorrow, he's just choosing not to.

immigration, per say, they will stop the appointment of loretta lynch here or maybe whoever gets appointed, the department of dea defense. that, again may satisfy a few of the red meat people on their own side but will make them look rather silly and it sounds as if boehner and mcconnell don't want to get tarred with this obstructionist tea party brush any longer. i don't know how they will avoid doing that. don't forget there's a debt ceiling coming up in a few months. so at some point the tea party fever does take over and there will be an explosion. >> i think on the space when talking about confirming loretta lynch, the alternative is eric holder, is that who you want? >> keeping eric holder, the man who they held in contempt of
