protests in streets around the country. a trial for the american justice system. the latest nbc news poll shows that 47% of americans says that law enforcement uses different standards based on race. betty. back pedaling continues for rolling stone magazine after a controversial article about sexual assault at the university of virginia. now on friday the magazine apologized for disprepsys in a report with a young woman who said she was gang raped at a fraternity party. rolling stone says there's discrepancies in her account, and our trust was misplaced. they are updating the policy, saying the mistakes are on rolling stone, not on jackie. the magazine acknowledged that the reporter never interviewed her alleged attackers.
