far from a dollar too short when "way too early" comes up. if you have seen her lately on tv she might be stealing credit in the board room. this is "way too early." money, money, money, good morning, everyone, i'm thomas roberts. welcome to "way too early" the show that celebrates our one-year anniversary together. one year ago today i took over here at "way too early." my organs have slowly been dying on the inside ever since. it's great to have you with us this mo. we begin this morning in paris, officials are warning hayat boumeddine may not be the only suspect in the terrorist attack at large. six members of the terror cell are still on the loose. one man was seen driving the mini cooper car registered to

this woman. there is also new video showing her and a man awiveing in istanbul two days before the attacks. turkey's foreign minister says se crossed into syria the day after the charlie hebdo attack. the first edition is on news stand. it shows the prophet muhammad that shows signs "i am charlie" and the words "all is for given." a senior editor says the staff was determined to get back to work. >> the stwiefrs are under shock. the field day was difficult for them to work to just focus. they are very human, but because they knew that our crazy stupid guys who can kill they start again to work. >> meanwhile, amid growing criminal the white house is

admitting it was wrong not to send a higher level official to the giant unity rally in paris, but still suggested security factors were a concern on short notice. administration was caught off guard and never asked president obama about attending. we are getting a look inside the paris grocery store where four hostages were killed. these images show some hiding during the hour-long seenliege. it was a short time ago, funerals were held for the four french jews killed in that grocery store standoff. we want to bring in our foreign correspondent, ayman, tell us about the reaction you have seen for the victim there is in israel. the reaction obviously, to that huge unity rally that was attended. >> reporter: good morning, thomas.

well we are standing here at the funeral. you can probably hear mind me the comments. the israeli president is addressing the mourners. hundreds have shown up here to pay their final respects for those four victims. the four bodies were brought to the cemetery today. candles have been lit for those four individuals. we have been hearing comments from some of the family members of those victims, including one of the widows of those killed in the terror attack on friday. in addition to that hundreds of the worshippers that have come here some have been waving the israeli flag. others have been showing sheer solidarity with france as well as the mourners of those that have been killed here. it is a very somber atmosphere. nonetheless, people here have been coming to pay their final respects. it is an emotional scene. >> ayman, thank you. well, the twitter account for the pentagon command for u.s. forces in the middle east is

back online there morning after being hacked. the youtube account was also hacked without warning. the hackers uploaded isis militant videos. on twitter, it was said quote "i love you, isis." one tweet told american soldiers to watch their back we are coming. they name high ranking generals and powerpoint maps and officials stress this information was not classified and no military secrets were compromised. now, this took place at roughly the same time president obama addressed the federal trade commission about cyber security. this tweet was sent out shortly after 10:00 p.m. we're back! centcom temporarily suspended the twitter account. right now, mitt romney is in a stunning turn around insisting he is not rung for presidency

one calls almost a certain run for the white house. they say the former governor is personally calling up former supporters, fund raisers and staff members to jump start his political team. among them current and former members of congress top business execs and influential advisers in new hampshire and i, what getting a call romney's 2012 running pate paul ryan who told nbc news he will not seek the presidency in 2016. he says quote, it is no secret that i have always thought mitt would make a great president." romney said his wife anne is very encouraging of a third bid and his potential campaign would run to the right of jeb bush. >> that is if jeb bush declares that he's running. one person is dead dozens hospitalized after smoke filled a washington, d.c. subway station a. train was in the tunnel approaching the metro station just past 3:00 p.m.

dozens were stuck inside the subway car as the tunnel filled up with smoke and terrifying cell phone footage shows the scene inside as help was arriveing. people reported faulty breathing as they were evacuated out of the tunnel. what caused the smoke? that is unknown. they feel it may have been water hitting an electrified rail. 84 others were sent to the hospital. three of whom are in critical condition. we shift our attention to business news this morning. the u.s. markets fellower after another bad day for oil. oil prices not seen since the recession in '09. jeff we are quite a ways away from seeing $100 a barrel again, a lot are speculating that may never happen again in oil futures. >> reporter: yeah, absolutely. i mean let the speculators speculate, because i think you can never say never in terms of

commodity prices particularly when it comes to oil. let's be clear here this decline has been dramatic. we are down 60% on the headline oil per barrel price since june of last year. and in the european session already this morning, we have seen $45 breached on a barrel of nynex crude on the future. goldman told us they think the futures could get to $41 a barrel f. anything that just hastens the recent decline we have seen here. there are those that are starting to speculate we might bottom out around the $40 a barrel level. to be honest a lot of analysts don't have a huge clue as to how low this goes. the saudis and other major producers right now are saying they are comfortable with the price. until they say they are no longer comfortable, we will see

the price per barrel continue to decline. shopping market activity we are expecting a positive start. in terms of data point, we got a small business survey. i think the most interesting thing will be to see how these companies say they're doing in the light of the lower oil price. back to you. >> jeff the other day, we had talked about the new chevy bolt and where the price point was and tesla looking for that elite buyer. but we will hear from elon musk that maybe i can afford one of these suckers? >> i know what you mean. they look gorgeous don't they? >> yes. >> the price tag is way above my leak. you might be able to get a $25,000 tesla, at least. that's one of the suggestions, if this new model makes it off the drawing board. you know what with the bolt we seen a mac-up of a vehicle -- mock-up

interesting in that you never really know. you have to let it evolve over you know the course of several episodes, because a lot of the people you think will show up strong in a very big way end up fizzleing out. oftentimes, it happens to the athletes. usually you think they have the stamina to charge forth. they end up extending energy early on and becoming a little less len e energetic thereafter. it is always interesting, you take these people with such diverse background and the people on the show. >> with real housewives, real fast though because you got the ivanka trump and the old cdc you are converting into a hotel? >> yes, it's amaze, we are under construction. we will be opened in the summer

2016. the building itself is right on pennsylvania avenue a couple blocks from the white house. >> it's beautiful. >> it's the tallest building in d.c., but the rooms are you know our average room will have 16-foot ceilings. we will have the largest meeting space in all of d.c. we are incredibly excited and passionate about that project. >> will i see you for miss universe? >> i will be there as well. that's a lot of fun. that's really been such you know, the whole family has been involved in the renovation of that pronltd. my father has done an unbelievable job. eric and myself on the hotel side. so you know after two years, renovations complete. so the miss universe will be a nice celebration of a lot of hard work. it's very fun for us to do that. the place has been returned to and competed. it's a very glamorous start.

three-week stretch, especially our friends in the northern plains. this is morning after morning of this, once again, negative 9 minneapolis, negative 29 in northern minnesota, but they are going to get some of the warmest air they have seen in three weeks by about thursday. here's how it looks. this is how it has been the last two, three weeks. cold has dominated the map. it has been cold. now, by this weekend the january thaw is in full effect. mild air moves across the country. it won't exactly be spring lake weather. the forecast goes like this, watch the middle of the country, it's a cold they today. we go from 10 in minneapolis, to 20 tomorrow. we double you up. there is a good chance the first time in two weeks it's above freezing or fear freezing in many areas. tom, it's amazing to say 32 degrees will be toasty and warm. for our friend in the northern plains, mike knows, that's like a heat wave. >> we'll take it. bathing suit weather.
