monday forecast coming up. heightened security in washington as benjamin netanyahu arrives. he will give a speech before a pac where he'll warn of a possible nuclear deal with iran. tomorrow he'll speak before congress. his arrival comes amid increased tension between netanyahu and the white house. part of that is because boehner invited netanyahu to speak without permission from the white house. what are you hearing now that this day as come? >> reporter: we're hearing more than two dozen of them may not attend the speech today in protest on the way this happened. john kerry is trying to down play that but also perhaps because of what he's expected to say. criticism of the u.s. trying to work with iran on its nuclear program israel has long said and netanyahu has long said

there is no negotiation here that their program needs to be dismanltsed and that we should be looking at stepping up sanctions against iran not relaxing them so a big divide between u.s. policy and what he's expected to say both to a pac today and to congress tomorrow. what do the american people think about there? >> 48 people say they have concerns about the fact he was invited without getting the white house involved. still he's got about a 30% approval rating among the public. >> thank you so much. in the meantime could isis's next target be twitter? they've allegedly threatened the co-founder for shutting down isis related accounts. that is according to buzz feed. a post addressing him on a different site says your virtually wall war on us will cause a real war on you. late last night in a statement twitter said our security team

is investigating the ver rasty of these threats with relevant law enforcement officials. >> one person is dead after a dramatic police shooting on skid row in downtown los angeles. according to the l.a. times it was captured on camera and posted to facebook. police were responding to a reported rob by at the time of the shooting. the suspect was shot after struggling to grab an officer's service weapon while they were trying to detain them. on the video they were shown trying to use a taser. shortly after a an officer can be held something to the effect of drop the gun before shots are fired. >> they wrestled him down to the ground. they took him down again. then they beat him while he was on the ground. i knew i heard one shot. and i seen three more shots getting fired at the guy who was laying on the ground. >> lapd is reviewing the video recorded by the bystander as

well as police body camera footage. in moscow the search is on for the gunman who murdered one of the fiercest opponents of putin. on saturday thousands marched near the kremlin walls just yards from where he was killed on friday. mourners held his pictures and signs saying we are not afraid. many carried flags as a gesture to show they are patriots adds well. the event had been organized by nemtsov before his death as a march for peace. they pledged to award $50,000 about his death. people are debunking theories that someone was killed by someone within the opposition to make him a martyr. >> he was skilled because of his political activities because of

the cavs rockets games had it all. a scrap after a charge called. both players received technicals. the tension continues to build. later in the quarter while going after a loose ball rockets james harden kicks james in the groin. tempers, they flair. harden is given a flagrant foul. overtime and james is fouled. he'll go to the line. down by one and a chance to give the cavs the lead and maybe even possibly the win. both shots, though are no good. the rockets hold on for the 105-104 victory. after the loss lebron posted this curious tweet saying way to trick it off today. no one really knows what it means. we've tried checking. not sure. the rocket's post game tweet. the phrase king james with the photo of james harden captioned long live the new king.

first. yesterday was miserable enough but today is going to be a decent day and besides the scraping and shoveling, that afternoon the pavement will be clear and it'll be all melted as we're going to get into 30s into march. it's the nice day for the areas hit hard yesterday. the next storm is here and moving through arizona enutah. the mountains are going to get a lot of snow. the problems are mostly going to be into the northern plains. already blizzard watches in omaha omaha. this blue is snow on here and maybe some icing storm morning in areas of illinois and iowa. the forecast for snow nothing block buster out of this as we go through tuesday night. mostly great lakes in the northeast. as the cold air moves in a wave drops. we could see more snow possible in areas like memphis. we're talking snow possibly in

protocol. it's not proper here. netanyahu is up for election so it puts them in a pickle. they're trying not to weigh into another nation's democratic process. democrats are saying where do i even show up here? >> a lot of them are saying i'm not going to show up. and john kerri cites the whole thing and he's overseas. >> president obama has refused to meet the prime minister. could all that controversy over this visit how it came to pass could that hurt netanyahu in the polls? >> i think this is crucial for his election. he's using this as a really big part of his campaign and it's the politics here actually are pale in comparison to the politics in israel. two weeks until election. he's saying i'm fighting obama. i'm taking on obama on this big

issue. his opponent is saying this trip is a mistake. it's where the voters in israel come down on this issue. it's a huge part of it. >> the u.s. is going to be a supporter of israel but if you can't get democratic lawmakers and other lawmakers to this speech, it doesn't look that great on him. and if he's using this to rally support, it doesn't seem like a good game plan. do you think? >> his opponent says you're speaking to the choir in congress. these are people who have made up their minds and they're going to vote against a deal in iran. he's trying to say that he's really taking on the president and standing up strong to him against a deal he doesn't like. it's very unpopular in many of iran's arab opponent's particularly israel of course so it's he's trying to come out strong but i think it's the optics may not be good if there are a lot of empty seats. >> thanks so much. just ahead a closer look at the

well, it's a new week a new employment report and a key part how minorities are doing. msnbc has the story. >> reporter: attention shoppers. the face of business is changing. minority-owned businesses are grown almost five times faster than nonminority businesses says asian americans advancing justice. >> i think you're seeing many young as well as minority individuals that are being the opportunity to leave corporate america and start their own firms and grow them from within their own communities as well as outside. >> reporter: here's how the different groups stack up.

businesses owned by african americans sell 136 billion in products. latino learns more than 350. why so high? >> business ownership is often a response to challenges they face. the children don't face the same barriers. >> reporter: that first part that's the money minorities generate through the businesses they own. a second part is the money they spend as consumers. when you pile that part on top of the first the totals show each group boosts the economy almost equally. ringing up 1.2 to $1.7 trillion each. there's also the employees hired by minority businesses. almost 1 million by african american businesses. 1.9 by la tina americans and that is now showing that not only is america browning but
