obviously, prime minister nettian believes the one being discussed would weaken israeli security and he's running for re-election right now in israel trying to appeal to hard-liners there that he wins and his party wins and his coalition wins as many seats as possible. so there's a lot going on here. >> on the democratic side nancy pelosi said the speech was an insult to the u.s. intelligence. was it as condescending? >> i think the audience is for netanyahu weren't just the members of congress but the american audience, he's trying to make an argument to them and the israeli audience.
